Came to Paesanos for the first time in years, and nothing about it disappointed. Waiter Kyle was incredibly attentive to details, spot-on with recommendations, and had a really cool tie clip. The general manager Debra was awesome to us.
Altogether, I had an incredible dining experience. Would trade firstborn for their "old school" garlic bread recipe.
The ambience here is wonderful. Service always spot on. The food!! Delicious! The lamb melts in your mouth. The Fettuccine Margaret is flavorful. Don't get me started on their divine bread. Try them once and you will be back again.

My husband and I went for a date night at Paesanos and it was amazing! The food and rinks were made to perfection and the staff was friendly and quick to serve. This will definitely be a regular date location for us!!
Go on Sunday for guitar music on the patio. Easy place to stay for hours. Great bar. Wonderful appetizers. Some of the best servers in San Antonio.
This place is very beautiful and clean. The outside area is so inviting and the inside is very nice and climate controlled for those super hot Texas days. I have tried at least four or five main dishes. All of them were great. Excellent food with excellent ingredients. Great quality food. A bit on the pricey side but you absolutely get what you pay for. Excellent date night spot. Incredible fancy lunch place. Try for yourself. I loved it so I will be back.
Mike the manager and Reagan the hostess was so kind when I came in to the restaurant by myself. I realize it is Mother s Day and all seating is full.
They were not sitting at the bar at all. But Mike the manager assisted he would take care of me and let me sit at the bar so I can eat a full dinner here this evening. Reagan is the one that followed up and made sure I was taken care of.
Kudos to both of them I will definitely be back because of Mike and Reagan.and my server Mauro.

Our favorite restaurant in SA. Coming from Jersey we missed our Italian food and this place is on par with what we were used to. They do have a different take on some dishes like paella. I am used to the Spaniard and Portuguese versions of it, but still delicious! I can t say enough good things about the food, wine and service. The one waiter always remembers us and plays with our child. It feels like home every time we walk through the door.
My boyfriend and I went there to celebrate our anniversary and had wonderful service. Our server s name was Janie and she was so friendly and kind. She answer all our questions and helped us pick out our wine and dessert. Along with that Evan the manager came by and check in to see if we were enjoying our selves which was so nice of him. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try this restaurant out. This has been one of the best services I have ever received and I know we will be coming back!
