I have been a supplier of parts models to Packshot Factory and our talent have always had great things to say about working with them. Not only are the team professional, knowledgable and produce great content, but they are very accomodating to models needs, always get call sheets through and make sure no invoice goes unpaid. Even today when a shoot was cancelled, they made sure our model was looked after with coffee and biscuits, to the point where she didn't want to leave! In short, they are a deligh to work with! A terrific facility run by a terrific bunch of passionate professionals.

Don't let its size fool you, it may look small from the outside but with 3 floors and a basement this place packs it in.

All the staff are very friendly and are absolutely out to get exactly what the client is after, they where always friendly and enthusiastic.

I wasn't a customer, but I did see how they treated their clients and it was much better than other studios i have visited.

Excellent studio space to shoot a variety of small-to-medium sized product shots/content pieces. Great to have the client viewing area and studio separated to avoid clients feeling like they're in the way, and the office is kept very clean.

I had heard about the film department at Packshot Factory, all of which is true. The team are extremely professional and a great and creative bunch of people to work with. The standard of the work was superb. We required some very detailed film sequences so couldn't afford to make any mistakes. The result was better than I could have hoped. Amazing work!

Great service and a super professional team. The images were totally amazing!! I just said to the guys in our office that it's not often that your expectations are totally exceeded. Great bunch of people to work with. Incredibly flexible which is so important these days - They're more than happy to work with a director that you provide or can lead a project creatively themselves. Ed is a fantastic technical director and doubles up as a 1st AD which really helps. They've also got a great studio but they're also happy to shoot somewhere else if you need them too. Very price competitive as well and of course, the quality is great. All in all, fab.

We visited Pack Shot Factory recently to photograph our jewellery collection & were really impressed with the experience. Dan - who organised the shoot was extremely helpful and Alan our photographer knew his stuff and was a pleasure to work with. The quality of the finished images is great - whilst the prices charged are not prohibitive - we look forward to working with Pack Shot Factory again in the future.

I have used Packshot Factory for many years for both stills photography and more recently for film projects, and have always been impressed with their professional approach and high quality of work. The facilities are excellent and its always a pleasure to spend time on shoots.
