We're a long-standing customer of PackTimco. They are very professional on the phone, and their technicians are experienced, thoughtful, diligent and thorough in the home. As a company, we know that they stay on top of issues and communicate effectively until a problem is solved. Their technician, Jerry, did our 6-month maintenance yesterday. He has been to our home before, and remembered to check on his prior work on our electric water heater as well as inspecting our heating system. He is a skilled operator, explained everything that he was doing, and provided a lot of confidence that he was dedicated to giving us the highest level of service. Thank you Jerry and PackTimco!

Prompt, courteous, helpful, responsive service -- both for regular maintenance of system and when we needed to replace an ancient
furnace in the attic. We have been with them for many years; they have always been there for us whenever we needed them.

We have used Pack-Timco for over 20 years. Their service has always been good and they are responsive when problems occur. The recent fall maintenance as performed by Jerry, who is very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. He does a good job explaining any issues he sees and helping us resolve the problems to avoid trouble in the future.

Glenn and team were great to work with. We received three detailed options for our HVAC replacement which allowed us to make the right decision for our property. Pack-Timco took care of applying for the city permit and the work was completed in one day. Our place is much more comfortable now and we would recommend Glenn and Pack-Timco with confidence.

PT sent Jerry over to do the work. He did an outstanding job, and is a credit to the company!
