This company is horrible. They increased the rate on our loved one's cost of living by $1,000 at the worst time during covid-19 when we were unable to shop for another facility. This is unfair, unreasonable and detrimental to the safety and care of our loved one.

I have had the pleasure of being a part of the Pacifica Family for the last 2 years. The Memory Care Units in Fort Myers and Palm Beach are near and dear to my heart. The courage and compassion I saw during the COVID battle will forever stay with me. The staff became the resident's family when their own could not be with them. It takes special people to work in Memory Care. To all the staff I have worked with, I have much admiration for the loyalty, love, and compassion that each of you have shown our residents and their families. It's funny to see all the upper management write reviews for their own sake. I would never put my family member in one of these cost cutting thieves facilities, providing them with minimum wage staff that don't care about the residents. Get real and be true to yourself, don't sell out cause you don't want to bite the hands that feeds you. Can't take the money with you and you will never have dignity or respect when your gone, so take that to the bank.
