I frequent this location every week for work purposes, and I find the employees to be professional, and helpful when needed. For the most part I enter through the "will call" entrance after ringing the bell for admittance. I locate my order on the shelving, sign a shipping reciept in acceptance of the order pulled, at which point I take my order. Simple and straight forward.
