The services provided by Pacific Star Corporation are average. I found their customer support to be helpful and responsive. However, their pricing is a bit higher compared to other companies in the market.

Super friendly. Excellent service and communication. The owner knows his craft and is very knowledgable and helpful in educating customers about specs and application.
They have a large collection of water test products, different configurations, US made products at different pricing levels for everyone.

The single person who runs this company is a total thief will purchase items and then commit mail order fraud to steal products. He will buy items then wait 2 months and then file a fraud chargeback saying he never authorized the transaction. Will deliberately try to get people to ship products to another address other than the credit card's billable address then charge the item back 2 months later saying he never authorized the transaction.

I placed a large order with this company, they fulfilled all their obligations promptly. Their notifications of products deliveries were accurate. I'll work with them in the future.

Company has no scruples. Was given job offer and wished I had read the reviews 1st. I did not get a good vibe from the owner. The offer was revoked because I didn't have a chance, in the 1 day they gave me to take the drug screen. I didn't have a good feeling about the company going in and relieved that the offer was descended.

This company has competitive pricing but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and go buy your stuff from someone else, even if you have to pay a little bit more for it, or you will be disappointed.
I ordered a thermometer, my credit card was charged the full amount and I received an email confirmation. At that point no one mentioned anything about back order or delay. Two weeks later, after not hearing anything and not getting the thermometer, I called their customer service. Now they said the item is not stock and the vendor needs an additional 10 days. I will save you the full story of going through their customer service and all the mistakes they made on the way.
That same morning I called another lab supplies company and ordered the same thermometer. They also called the vendor for me and got the same estimate of 10 day shipping. So my conclusion is that Pacific Star took my order and my money in advance, then sat on their hands for 14 days. This was a setback for me since I needed that certified thermometer for an inspection, which I had to postpone because of not getting it on time.
