You get what you pay for. Decent sized rooms, beds leave a lot to be desired. No room/maid service.

Great! Only complaint I have is the BED the most important part of sleeping. It was a hard bed motel 6 quality or worse. No pillow top at all it felt like sleeping on the floor but other than that it was a cute little place. And make sure to ask for a covered patio if u plan on using the balcony/patio. This room here is an executive suite building 6 the only one without a patio cover:( Very cute. But definitely need to replace bed.

I loved this place! I rented a basic suite, so the mattress and shower head could've been better, but overall the room was great. I'll definitely stay here again!

This has been the best experience ever. The staff were very accommodating to our late check in. The atmosphere was very friendly. Rooms were excellent, spacious, and clean and the added bonus of a fully functional kitchen. Our entire crew was able to book a room here and I heard nothing but great things from each person. This was our 1st vacation since losing the Matriarch of our family. Perfect place to get away from your everyday life. The beach was only steps away. Resteraunts and major stores near by also. We will definitely be returning. This place is now a new family tradition for us.

We had a great time here. The room was great the only complain I have is that the couch and chair we uncomfortable and old. Other than that it was perfect! The main lady at the front was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. She came to the rescue when I couldn't figure out the t.v. and got it working. The view was beautiful and the Oceana Dunes are a block away. Our family will ve coming back for years to come. Our new yearly trip. Thank you.

Went here for my birthday weekend. Besides the fact that we saw 1 little cockroach in a cabinet and it wasn't as clean as I would have expected the experience overall was nice. It was a last minute find but I enjoyed the fact that it was more of a homey stay than just a regular hotel. And we had our own front porch and got to enjoy that and the suite with friends and family. Friendly staff and walking distance from the beach!

Amazing staff. Lovely rooms, perfectly equipped. Extremely comfortable beds. I did an extended stay (very affordable) but highly recommend for shorter term rentals too, particularly if you have a family group. My new go to for when family visits. Would give more stars if I could.

Decent place to stay, best part your down the street from the dunes entrance. I originally booked on Airbnb but when my husband got to the office our room was accidentally checked into by someone else. The lady in the office quickly upgraded us to a room with a view upstairs number 408. At first I was a little upset as the original room looked much nicer inside than the room we were given but considering the view, almost could see the ocean, it was a trade off. The room had a full kitchen with basic supplies no seasoning so bring your own. The worst part about the unit was the bed it was horrible no support very very cheap mattress which I hope the owners replace. Other than that, it was quiet, close to a Mexican restaurant which was delicious and will stay again just in another room with a better bed. Tip: for off-roaders there is no trailer parking. You can park on Pier Ave overnight at the moment even thou it states no parking 2am-6am, we talked to a local and they said the police are not enforcing the parking law as it s Covid and some locals are sleeping overnight in their RVs and cars along the street. That being said lock up valuables as I did see a few shady characters.
