Violet was an amazing agent with personal attention that went above and beyond. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with her.

I found this realtor to be dishonest and only out for themselves. I caught them in more than one lie to me.
They had no interest in listening to our needs as the seller and the ones paying their commission. Do not trust them to work for you as they will only do what's in their own best interest.
I do NOT recommend this realtor.

This realtor asked for a delay of the appraisal from the buyer s lender without our knowledge or approval. It was also without the knowledge or approval of the buyer or buyer s agent. This caused the appraisal, which we told them we were concerned about, to be completed the day before the close allowing for no time to move out without a risk of the appraisal causing a delay or even cancellation of the purchase. This was unfair to us as the seller and also unfair for the buyer as they would have no alternative but to acquiesce since they were already in transit. This was a tactic to make sure neither party had an alternative but to go forward without time for seller to move out or buyer to find or negotiate an alternative.
Furthermore, you encouraged us to list at a lower price than what we were hoping to as recommended to us by a local contractor.
Also, we did NOT go on vacation during the sale as you stated in your review reply and as you well know.
You also lied to us about not being able to attend the house inspection due to Washington State Realtors Code of Ethics which says NOTHING about inspections...!! I still have the text where you told me this which has been sent to the Washington State Realtors Association for their review and disposition.
Shame on you Brad and MaryAnn, and shame on you for continuing to lie on your reply to this review.
Do not be sucked into their lies and manipulative ways.......!!!

Brad has been an outstanding agent for us on several occasions over the past few years.

The first house we put an offer in had some issues that we weren't comfortable dealing with (thanks in part to his solid advice we saved ourselves money and a ton of headaches!) so we terminated that deal, which of course meant no commission for him.

The next house we found was a bank-owned property which meant that Brad made virtually nothing on this deal. Even so, he provided us with amazing service, walking us through the entire process to closing.

Finally, when it was time to sell he again exceeded our expectations. Before we even listed the property with him he provided us with invaluable information and advice to help us get the most for our home. Once listed, his marketing was superb and we ended up with a qualified-buyer offer over the asking price. Again, he walked us through the many steps required to reach closing.

He's knowledgeable and experienced and a real pleasure to work with. If you're looking for an ethical, hardworking agent to help you with buying or selling a home, you needn't look farther than Brad Whittaker.
