The custom cabinets from Pacific CraftWorks are stunning with expert craftsmanship. They transformed my house into a work of art. Mena Hoang spent valuable time making sure she captured every detail which ensure pure perfection on delivery. Although she had never stepped foot in my house she was able to visualize the space with the measurements and exceed all my expectations in design. Additionally, she recommended quality slate businesses and found an installer that was more cost effective than the original quote. The marble installers were some of the most efficient and skilled workers I have used during my project. Although I do not recommend people plan to install their cabinets themselves unless they have the tools and skills for finish carpentry, those that have the means can execute the drawings because of the level of detail. Overall I could not be more happy with the price, craftsmanship, delivery time, and finished product of my cabinets. I will definitely use Pacific CraftWorks for projects in the future and highly recommend them to my friends. Although the kitchen is not complete the pictures show the craftsmanship that went into the cabinets and countertops.
I recently purchased a custom made bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet from Pacific Cabinetry - a five star experience from start to finish. I discovered them at the BIA Home Show - Mena was my main POC throughout the process - she was always available and assisted in the design and ordering processes. She provided timely updates on manufacturing and delivery! The vanity and medicine cabinet were custom made from Muong wood - a beautiful Koa like hardwood from southeast Asia. The quality of construction was simply outstanding!!! I am extremely picky on such projects and I have nothing negative to say about their company and quality of product. Definitely stop by and see Mena for any upcoming cabinetry projects. Her ideas and patience in designing make for a pleasant experience.
I was looking for a company that could help me remodel my kitchen and my friend recommended me to Mena at Pacific Craftworks. Mena was very helpful and she made things much more easier for me. They were very knowledgable in designing for my needs and picking the right choices with my budget in mind. I found their solid wood cabinets the best in the island and their price is really reasonable.

The estimate Mena gave to me was 12-14 weeks but it came on the week 15; however, she emailed me that my job gets to delay because of the weather situation. Mena is a professional and knowledgeable designer. She gave us really good advice about design, color and she made our kitchen turn out really perfect.
PCW has a hard work installation team, specially Giao. They did the job really well and carefully.

Great place to order custom cabinets and doors. They have a great selection and a lot of different styles as well as colors you can choose from. We purchased a front door through Mena in September and couldn't be more happy with her customer service and the finished product. She was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right door for our home and easy to get in contact with if we had any questions. We will definitely be going back to her for our kitchen cabinets and bedroom doors.
