Both Roger and Shain were very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend their services for credit card debt relief.

I could not indicate less than 1 Star, so I had to choose at least 1 to post this review. If you are need of furthering your education - whether it be you're low-income, disabled, mentally or physically challenged, or whatever the case may be when it comes to your health, lifestyle, or career goals, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. They are not here to help YOU, but only to continue to be disillusioned by the approach in attempts to help you to satisfy their guidelines.

Many people who are "need" of services that this company offers - I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. This company should be shut down. They show no compassion, no understanding, no respect, but only unjustifiable excuses.

Now, the "TRUTH" has been told.

I was drowning in debt and Pacific Associates saved me. I am so thankful to the company.

I was young, was never educated about credit and loans and found myself in about $30,000 of credit card debt and loans. I was working, but definitely not enough to keep up with all the payments and interests that accrued, it seemed like I would never get out of debt. Then I found pacific associates, read a lot of reviews about them because of course I was skeptical. I contacted them and Roger and Shain answered every question I had. I signed up for the program and Roger was very good and prompt at answering my emails with any concerns I had. They really work with you to make sure you get out of debt. This month was my last payment and I can proudly say I am debt free and feels AMAZING!! Thank you guys so much for helping me. I would definitely recommend Pacific Associates to anyone trying to get out of debt.

I would like to thank Pacific Associates for their help. About 3 years ago, I needed help, that is putting it mildly. What I needed was a team to get me through my situation and one that is forgiving as well. I started their plan and almost immediately, I couldn t make my payments they stood by me until I was on track. My credit rating is normally 760 it dropped as low as 400 before calling Pacific Associates, today 9/10/2019 my credit score is 768. They really know how to help someone is dire need and at the same time are friendly and treat you with respect. If you are considering them, just call and see for yourself.

Shain and Roger were great to work with. I was a little skeptical about this type of service but after committing to it, it worked out great! Roger and Shain were great about explaining everything step -by-step and in the end, everything work out great! Thanks guys!
