From hwy 791, T/R on Charleigh D. , pass Comprehensive Logistics on RHS and abt 0.5 mi you'll see a small red brick bldg on RHS. They have signs for Paccar Shipping and Receiving so you can't miss it. Check your bills coz your ratecon might say Paccar Engine but you're delivering at Comprehensive Logistics
Well I have a 2022 Peterbilt 389 with a mx 13 paccar that had a fuel leak when it got to the dealer they have tried to fix it by doing basciclly the same thing 3 times and now paccar warranty says do it again its very obvious it needs a head put on and it would fix it guess they have all year to put parts on it and not fix the problem while I try to pay for a brand new 170,000 dollar truck and feed my wife and my three children they don't seem to care if I go broke might have to declare the lemon law!!!!! For the record this is no reflection on the dealer this truck is at its the paccar warranty guy that sits behind a desk and don't care
Worked there 7+ years until retirement. Hired me at 62 so no age prejudice there. Highest salary and best benefits in my Career. Clean as a whistle. Safety comes first. Great co-workers. People with complaints need to work for low pay in a harsh environment for a cruddy company, then reconsider.
Never visited, but my complaint is we re on our second truck with a Paccar engine and have had nothing but problems. Our truck is on it s 3rd week in the shop at Inland Kenworth in Albuquerque NM (we live in Kansas) they ve had Paccar engineers looking at it and no one can figure out what s wrong, they ve given up. We can t get a Paccar representative to speak with us. The total bill is upwards of 10k thank heavens Kenworth is working with us on that. We are owner/operators with one truck that provides our living. Being out of work has done some damage. I am seriously upset. This is destroying us.
