Once u get a hold of somebody, which means u might have to go in person, they are very helpful and a lot of resources.

Attentive staff looking to serve your needs, If you know what they are. The direct line to unemployment servis is fast and cuts out a day spent on hold.

Office still closed because of COVID even though we're in the green zone. Entirely useless.

Can't get ahold of anyone they don't call back pointless

I had a wonderful experience as a customer at the downtown CareerLink. I understand having lived downtown I was able to just walk there, and parking seems to be strained in and around there. Incredibly helpful staff inside, I had just moved to the area and was looking for work and wasn't sure where to begin looking, being unfamiliar with Pittsburgh and social service agencies. Overall a great experience, and I'm not saying that because I eventually ended my months of job search working there. I went in knowing I needed experienced eyes and the assistance of a professional, and it was delivered. I believe you get out of your job search what you put into it, and they were there to help me every step of the way.

Services are being offered virtually due to COVID19!

Pointless, could do everything they have you show up for online or over the phone. Parking is non existent and they hold you there for little over half an hour to watch a sadly made produced, and edited video which again could be watched online.
