Great folks and friendly staff! A good place for beers and fries and onion rings.... Other than that the food does not taste fresh and many entrees are frozen food re-cooked. Food is par for the area but the service is pretty darn good.

Excellent place for a meal and/or drinks. Also, they have wonderful catering options. Patrick took great care of our group, and really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Stop in and have a pint, these guys are wonderful!

Leaky one of the only places in the area that's actively looking to attract customers during quarantine. Outdoor seating with live music, and an expanding list of events... It's pretty hard to beat right now.

I like this restaurant! They offer decent meals, their menu is rich, The cook in that spot is a real pro, I love very much tasting all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is good. I visit often this place and I was never disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Chicken BLT was good, but nothing special. Went here for a work lunch and there is not a sense of urgency in the place so the 1 hour lunch easily went over 1.5 hours. Probably better fan an after work visit.

Tater tots are good. Don't ever come here, though because the most annoying person in the world blasts uninteresting trivia through a microphone so loud, it's impossible to have a conversation, which is pretty much the whole point of going to a bar. Trust me. I'm not exaggerating.

PJs is not a chain, and its privately owned which makes it a more friendlier feel . I have eaten all over the world so let me explain. The bathrooms are very clean here. We looked at the mixed reviews before going to PJ's, and were surprised how good it is after we left. The fries and tots came out hot and crunchy as they should, my burger was moist and drippy like a real burger should be. We have also tried the chicken cordon blue sandwich special and it was fantastic. I brought my kids for dinner and the kids meal is good. The manager said the chef used separate friars for their food so no cross flavor contamination. They even have crayons and coloring pages for the kids too. Thank you !!

Deceptive advertising. Menu indicates 17oz Guinness, but the waitress serves only 8 or 10 oz glasses at stated price. When we asked why, her answer: we've always done it this way." All other beers served in 17 oz glasses. Don't mind a smaller serving; I mind the deception.

Food and drinks are fine, but I got told wearing a tank top as a male is unacceptable but women can come in wearing revealing clothing because "the manager is a 50 year old Irish guy who wont changs his ways." Wont be giving them anymore business.

They have many beers on tap. Lots oh bourbons to choose from. A full bar, beer, wine, cocktails. They have excellent food and the kitchen is usually open until about 10? They have outdoor seating nice on a sunny day. Sometimes on weekends they have live music. The bartenders and wait staff are all very friendly. I enjoy this place.

Yesterday I went to pj mulligans and had some of the best food I've had in nova for a while! Michelle was my server (I recommend her, great personality) and I ate an entire slice of fried Brie with the perfect crispy toasts! Not only that she paired it off with a delicious beer called golden monkey!

I meet a friend of mine for lunch here every three months or so. PJ's has a decent variety of items from salads, soups, sandwiches, and platters. The wait staff is pretty on top of keeping drinks topped off. I wish they had e-payment here, though, because we're still giving the waiter a credit card, waiting for its return, and signing like they've done since the 70s. But hats off to them for enduring at that location since so many others have closed down over there.

The drinks were good. The food was ok. Did not match the description but was tasty. It was also silent as our party and a group playing poker were the only people and the bartender could not figure out how to turn on the music.

Bar ambiance is spectacular! My bartender (Michelle) was also just as great. Their 80's party was out of this world, and a whole lot better than the lackluster Ned's around the corner, will be coming back for more fine scotch and the specials of the day!

Lots of beers on tap and reasonably priced. Lots of TVs on the wall, good sport bar feel. Good to grab a drink after work. Went on a Thursday for after work drinks and it wasn't crowded but service was a bit slow.

Food here is crap. Burgers have no seasoning. The cook temps where off. The manager refused to come over and address the poor quality. The food is way over priced for the quality. Save your self some money and go to McDonald's.

The pasta of the day was flank steak over tortellini tossed with a variety of yummy things including bacon. What I received was penne pasta and no bacon. And a big nasty hair. The server also described one of the beers as a mix between a lager and a stout, but definitely not as dark as a porter (it was a coffee stout, by the way). If you know anything about beers, you know how ridiculous that statement is.

First of all the food is spectacular and the drinks are amazing! My server was Michelle and not only was she extremely friendly, inviting, and attentive but also has extensive knowledge on the food served and great smile!

Poutine is not really poutine.. it's just tots with a couple of dots of she's and a soso sauce. Service was a bit Rocky to start. The manager wanted to spend time with his friends while the waitress was obviously struggling. I don't think we will be back

Came here with a friend to enjoy a HH beer and some conversation. We spent majority of the time in the outdoor seating section which has ample space. The tables and chairs are metal and the chairs are more comfortable than you would imagine. The inside is basically what you would imagine in most Irish bars; dark, cozy and smells faintly of spilled beer.
The gentleman serving us at the bar was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. He recommended a great beer for my friends particular pallet and I chose the Guinness stout. Guinness can be tricky to pour and the taste varies with the by the bartenders hand. This time it was the best Guinness I've ever had. It tasted smooth, smokey, and had a creamy mouth feel.
There's a happy hour food menu that they offer at the bar but I haven't sampled it and my friends told me that they have game nights and he particularly enjoyed their trivia night.
If I'm in the area, I will not hesitate to go experience more of this neighborhood bar.
