Hotel was oversold and told me that I didn't have a room booking. Afterwards they told me that there was a problem with my credit card. Ended up sleeping in a room which was for disabled people with a sink coming to my knees. At least there was a good bed and I slept well the 2 nights I was there.
Arrived this morning, everything in order and strangely room available from 09:00. All right.
OZO Wesley is very nice place to stay in wanChai. Close to HKD 1100 is per night stay
A good night's sleep in a modern, well-designed room in a very central area.
The Ozo Wesley is in a great location with shopping, eating and nightlife within easy walking distance.
The rooms are small, but designed so you never feel cramped. For example, instead of the usual desk are a clever high table and a comfortably cushioned window alcove. Hard to explain, but it saves space and works very well. I think it's one of the best working areas I've used in hotels.
The bathroom is small, but again avoids the cramped feel by employing clear glass instead of shower curtains on a modern, flat-floor shower.
The only downside is the featureless, uncomfortable lobby area on ground floor.
It is the third year that I stay at the hotel for work reasons and I can say that I am delighted: clean, good service, central, the bed is very comfortable and the room spacious

Very good hotel. Convenient and clean. Stay in city center. After work, I take a taxi to Happy Valley. I'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat. Very professional and modern. Enjoy it very much.

The location is great, as it's between Central and Causeway Bay. We love that popular local noodle shop just beside the hotel (make sure you know what to order before you queue up! They are fast!). Just a few mins walk to Sun, Star, Moon Street, where the cool little trendy shops and restaurants like Le Labo, Kapok, Monocle, Pici, and Odd One Out are. Not to mention Pacific Place mall is also just a few mins walk away. M&S and 7-11 are just around the corner. My husband I have stayed at OZO for probably more than 10 times, we get a personal note everytime we stay gotta love that little touch. The rooms are great they are minimal and always clean, just what we need. Service-wise I love Oliver and the front desk manager Gloria! They are lovely!
We booked the biggest room in the hotel, which is reasonably spacious for the COVID price we paid. It s just a clean and neat place without much of a design. Pretty generic ordinary hotel with white and blue theme. Good TV channels. Pretty strange furniture put together in one room which doesn t really go together.
I guess it s just a good spot for tourists to stay as it s within walking distance to central and wanchai. We asked for a fork to eat something in the room and we were given a flimsy plastic fork. The tea bags provided are probably pretty old so the tea is tasteless. So bring your own teabags and cutlery if you re planning to stay here. No this place doesn t make me feel like home at all. Wouldn t stay here again. Giving it a 3 stars for the cleanliness and the good TV channels.

Nice hotel, clean and bright room, friendly and helpful staff. Strategic location, where bus and tram stop are literally in front of the hotel. The express airport bus stop and supermarket are few steps only.Many nice eatery places near the hotel. My only concern was no heater in the room which could create sleep problem during winter time.

Clean room and convenient location if you use busses a lot. Otherwise use Wanchai or Admirality station. Hotel is smoke free.

Clean & simple hotel with spacious rooms. Shame the restaurant only serves breakfast. There is major construction work next door which starts at 7am so there is daytime noise if you're looking to sleep after a long flight.
People at the counter are nice, friendly and polite. The decoration of the room makes us feel comfortable and like at home. We like to sit next to the windows to chat with the nice view. Recommend to choose the higher floor to see night views. About the traffic, this hotel is about 5-mins walk distance from subway. Anyway, if you have limited budget, then Ozo will be your best choice

Small and beautiful business hotel. The advantage is that the check-in time is very flexible, the cleanliness is not bad, and it is close to the subway and bus stations, and there are many delicious shops nearby. The disadvantage is that the breakfast content is monotonous, the counter staff is sometimes insufficient, and the wait is longer.

This is the Wei Lan Xuan Hotel in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island. The design and planning are good. At least there are pick-up and drop-off seats in the hotel, and a lobby to entertain guests. The staff is positive and enthusiastic.

Location ia not very good. Street width is less. Also room size is smaller. There is no view as it is situated in middle of other buildings. But on the plus side cost is low :)
We stayed for 3 nights in August 2018 and had a great experience here. The room was really nice and clean, the bed was comfy, the reception was air conditioned (which was really welcome!), trams outside the door and the nearest metro was only 5mins away. Most important though was that the staff were very helpful. My girlfriend was ill on our last night and we really didn't want to leave the hotel to be walking around for 4-5 hours before going to the airport so we called reception from the room to ask to pay to extend our stay. They let us stay for free for an extra 4 hours and brought some bottles of water for her. Really amazing service and it really made a big difference to my girlfriend. Would highly recommend staying here.

Definitely the place to stay in Wan Chai
1. Very helpful doorman
2. Efficient yet very friendly check-in. Just be polite to them when they are processing your check-in
3. Great room. If u prefer larger room, book it in advance.
Points to note:
1. Lift door is too noisy when opening and closing
2. Do remember to vacuum the sofa at the window from time to time to maintain its cleanliness.
3. If possible, provide a better pair of slippers. It makes the stay at Ozo just that much more memorable.
4. When a guest walks past reception, it is nice if we have the staff looking at us and smile.

If you pay less than HK$1200 this hotel is great for the money. It's very clean for a Hong Kong hotel of that price and easy to deal with. The rooms are reasonable size for Hong Kong and the location is easy if not super close to much. Convenient for Pacific Place 3 and Star Street, and quite close to Wan Chai convention centre. If it's more than $1200 then I wouldn't choose it.
Small and functional. Placed ideally on the island of Hong Kong. Clean and new. Area of restaurants nearby. Very average breakfast. Very good value for money.
Nice and well situated hotel in Wan Chai, near Hong Kong Congress and Conventional Center. This is not the busiest part of town, but there are plenty of nice food spots and bars around. Plus there is excellent connections available to wherever you want to go.
The hotel is starting to show a little bit of age. But it is clean and the service is good, so I found it an excellent choice for my trip business/vacation trip to Hong Kong.
Good hotel with minimum amenities. No restaurant around at night. Room ceiling and hallway ceiling is quite low, not fit for tall person. Gym room is horrible, no window in a caged room. Not recommended for longer stay and not for family hotel.

The location is still convenient. There is a bus and tram on the opposite exit of the Admiralty Square in Admiralty. There are buses and trams in the hotel. The hotel is well-organized and clean. The underground lobby is wide and comfortable. The only breakfast here is the style, the style is low and the quality is poor. Breakfast quality needs to be improved
