I have been very fortunate to find a provider like the Oxley Home Care team. From senior management to Regional care Manager, to all the lovely ladies in the office and all the care workers that have assisted in helping me take care of my mother at home, I have found them to be very professional in all aspects of there work. They have been very understanding and caring and very compassionate , always willing to do above and beyond in assisting me to take care of my mother and giving me and my family the moral support to continue to do so. I highly recommend Oxley Home Care to anyone who is in need of any type of care for themselves or for there loved ones or even for a friend. You will not be disappointed. Oxley Home Care are real professionals, and I was lucky to find them. They followed up promptly on my initial call, and always stayed in contact. They went out of their way to help me get started with a care worker, who was always prompt and supportive. I can highly recommend them !

The Oxley Team have been nothing short of amazing! The services offered encompass all the care and services our mother needs. From our mums wonderful and amazing carer who is not just her companion but also goes above and beyond with exercises for mum on each and every visit. As shift workers the team always assist with arranging our adhoc requests and changes at a moments notice. The team provide podiatry, physio, walking aids, OT therapists to name a few. As carers for our mum we feel that the entire team at Oxley are like an extended family for us. They check in regularly with us and show they care. Thank you so much team, you are all amazing!!!!

Recently Oxley Home Care commenced providing home care personal services for my father. The Senior Care Coordinator was very prompt in coming to visit my father and in organising support within a week of my phone call enquiry. She has been very friendly and helpful, and keen to ensure that the Care Worker is a good match for my father. We appreciated her phone call following up after the Care Worker's first visit to check that Dad was happy and that his needs were being met.
Dad is indeed very happy with the support of his Care Worker - "She is a delightful young lady with a personality that brightens up my day. She comes for one hour five mornings a week, and is meticulous in carrying out the allocated tasks. She is efficient and uses her initiative." Many thanks Oxley Home Care! Margaret Grainger

A wonderful company to work for as a Care Worker. Caring, understanding and compassionate to the elderly clients and their employees. During the COVID Oxley HC made sure their Care workers were informed of the changes and necessary training and supported them.

I recently contacted Oxley using their online chat and have been so impressed with their speedy service and attention to my mum's needs. A home assessment was orgainsed quickly and then within 1/2 an hour of that visit services and assistance was actioned and put into place. Everyone I have dealt with has been so understanding and professional and It is so obvious that they all care about their clients and want to do the best for them. I do not know what I would do without Oxley Home Care.
From Management/Office staff to Carer's, the service is exceptional.
The level of service and the interaction of Carer's with my parents is just amazing. Absolutely exceptional.
At times I have needed adhoc services urgently and Oxley Office staff has organised this with ease for me.
I cannot praise Oxley Home Care enough.
I know they have my parents needs and wellbeing a priority.
