I recently had an experience that fell short of my expectations. The customer service was less responsive than I hoped, and some of the products didn't meet the quality I anticipated. It felt a bit impersonal. 😕 The navigation on the website could also use some improvements to make finding information easier. Overall, it didn't quite resonate with what I was looking for. 🥺
