The communication was often unclear and I felt as though some of my concerns were not fully addressed. Additionally, the turnaround time for resolving issues was longer than expected. On a positive note, the company's expertise and knowledge in the field were evident, and the solutions provided were effective once implemented. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and timeliness. Overall, my experience with this IT consulting company was satisfactory, but there are areas that could be enhanced.
