Owens reality services is the worse company to work for. The supervisors expect you to work 8 hours no break but want you to be prompt to be at work on time but won t have no check on time. I had a very bad experience with not getting paid. They say I never worked. So I complained about not getting paid then they terminated me because I was right. For 9.75 an hour is not worth the headache and dangerous type of work. So disgusted with this company.

Hard to work at SRQ with 2 corrupted managers (mother daughter) that don't care for the few white employees. Spanish speaking prefered and can get away with anything. Almost everything about the cleaning products and equipment/machines is either wrong or missing or broken and don't ask them too many question because they will write you up for "harassment" or find any foolish reason to terminate you despite an already high turnover and shortage of employees. Unprofessional TOP managers !!
I absolutely recommend that nobody leases any property managed by this company. When trying to get out of a lease, they told us they were going to market the property to find a replacement tenant. Since then, we have been paying rent month after month and to recently discover that the unit has not been properly listed on any of the major platforms as they promised. We listed it ourselves for free on zillow and got 2 leads within 12 hours. This shows absolutely no effort on their part to help. Now when we have leads for people to replace us, nobody in the entire office answers to provide us with a rental application. I have been speaking with someone in Connecticut trying to find anyone at no avail. It is as if they are intentionally forcing our hand to prevent us in getting out. Beware of doing business with this company!
the account manager at SRQ is extremely rude an unprofessional. Doesn t know how to run a business whatsoever. There s no sick days off. Not only that. Was told that people wanted to go get tested jus to be safe an was told that you would automatically be taken off the schedule. WORST COMPANY.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING IN HANNIBAL SQUARE. I rented from them for 2 years in the building above rifle paper co. It s obnoxiously loud and you can hear everything. Not like other apartment buildings. The ceilings are exposed, which looks cool, and there is no insulation. Because I liked winter park so much I stayed with them and moved to other apartments in Hannibal square. In my living room I had visible marks from the upstairs toilet plumbing leaking. They never did anything to fix it. They never fixed anything. The maintenance guy even said to me, If it costs money, it s not going to get done. I lived with them a total of 4 years. Always paid on time. They are an absolute nightmare and their buildings are all falling apart. They need to be updated badly for the price they want you to pay. If something breaks, you have to ask them on average 3-4 times before they actually come to look at the problem. Half the time they never even fixed it. I also had a downstairs neighbor that smoked cigarettes inside their apartment. The smoke came into my apartment. In the lease it says you can t smoke inside. They never did anything over the 2 years I was there. I m pretty sure their motto if you just wear you down to the point where you don t even feel like complaining anymore because it s pointless. Nothing ever happens. Just as an example, I asked for my shower to be caulked. And maintenance came and looked at it and flat out said he wouldn t do it. Jean is awful to deal with. She never responds to your emails. She does not do anything. They come into your apartment whenever they see fit. And it s very often. It feels like a violation. Please look at other buildings or renters or houses in the area. Do not get sucked into living here. It ll be a nightmare. I only stayed bc moving is so awful. Now that I m gone I have to harass them for my security deposit. It s one excuse after another with them. And they think it s believable. I m now with a renter who actually asks my permission to come into my home. Woah. What a concept. Just a fair warning, do not rent from Owens.
The General Manager by name Greg extremely rude and racist at the Amway in Orlando. Doesn't care about workers. I have a friend that works there and shared with me that is a good place to work but the General Manager screams to Associates.
