This review is for Naperville Ashwood Park: Overstreet did an amazing job on our home! We went over the top on our upgrades and they worked with us every step of the way. We were able to take a stock floorplan and heavily customize it for our needs. It is exactly what we wanted and more. They have been responsive after the closing for warranty needs as well.
The Overstreet team treated us like their family. They are all such good people and professionals at what they do from top to bottom. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know. For those of you reading this, FYI I personally dealt with 20 other builders in the Naperville area and nobody I mean nobody comes close to replicating what these guys can do. We love our home and will always love Overstreet. Thank you guys for everything.
Lovely model, great design and craftsmanship. Only issue is location of their model. Not a desirable location at all.
Helpful folks and very informative, on sharing information on their work. Nice designs and layouts. They do build on owner owned lots anywhere atleast in the Chicagoland Area.
