Very professional.
It is located not far from the city, very easy to be reached from the train station, infratructure is good, make you easy to walk from the train station with large luggages.
Baggage and passengger handling is very efficient, takes only one hour to be on board.
It is able to accomodate 5000 passengers type cruise.
Nice place, and have an amazing view of Opera house and Harbour bridge.

very nice service did have a bone to pic with one of the servers but it is all good in a good mood this morning.
Very interesting when a cruise ship is in, but also interesting when there isn't one because you get to walk along a wharf that gives great perspectives of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. There's also a few really great restaurant and bars nearby, so it's a must-visit part of Sydney.
I love the Sydney Cove Overseas Passenger Terminal and I go there lots to take photos and create content.
Some of the places there are beautiful too and taken many clients to the restaurants and bars in that it holds!

Extremely fast service for suite members, though I am not sure about the standards. Its fast and quick, took me 2 minutes to get through customs.
