Ovation Credit Service is a great company. I ve been working with them for some time and my credit has improved tremendously. The representatives are responsive and thorough. I would recommend them to others.

I signed up in July 2021. They assigned a personal case advisor to me, Monica. She had been awesome. She is on top of the credit repair efforts, & writes me alot. She lets me know the status all of my disputes, and my overall credit health. My credit scores are up with all 3 agencies, and climbing still.

Did not help anything, constantly asked to do what I was told they would do. Cancelled service, still charged. Asked for refund for last month, no response. Do yourself a favor and spend whatever you're willing to pay these people just paying down you credit cards. Way more effective.

Gerri Has been great to work with she has definitely helped me submit a lot of paperwork on the back end that needed to be done And Help me get rid of all the hard credit checks on my credit report. My credit score still hasn't gone up only because I do need to pay down to the 30% utilization But that is my fault. Will continue to work with Ovation to improve my credit.

Credit matters are always so confusing and stressing I felt that It was so hard to even start fixing my credit rating but since I have been working with Ovation Credit I feel a lot more in control of my credit. Within the time working with Maria Santos from Ovation Credit she has help navigate with a better understanding all the items affecting my score. She has been so patient and diligent providing me with all the options, that I honestly couldn t be more grateful. I would highly recommend Ovation Credit to anyone, that feels overwhelmed and needing the same help I got. You won t regret it!

I have been with Ovation for about 30 days and these hard working and very personal yet professional team of people have made a major impact on my credit I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to get there credit repaired without all the gimmicks!!!!! Thanks again for a job well done.

I don't think this is a SCAM but I do believe they misrepresent their services on the website and through their sales channel.

For example, the website reads:

Credit Repair Plans: EXPERT TEAM OF CASE ADVISORS

"You ll work with an expert team of Case Advisors who will guide you through the dispute process, your dispute options and the steps you can take to improve your credit."

ANSWER: After a letter is sent, you might get an alert in your inbox and a change in status on your dashboard. You will not get guided through the dispute process nor be given options and the steps to improve your credit. This was confirmed by an agent (Samantha) I spoke with at 3:20pm on 10/8/21. She mentioned that their only job was to send letters on your behalf.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TOOLS

"With our financial tools, from budget building to debt paying, we help you make the best of your credit. With these tools you can easily calculate what it will take to be fully debt free!"

ANSWER: Again this is something that is advertised on the website and sold through their channel sales but in reality they do not assist with building a budget or give you additional tools within the platform to plan ahead.

The platform itself is relatively basic. The main dashboard is basically an excel sheet i-framed into the webpage. Communication with your case manager is sluggish and response times vary but typically done within a business day.

Be prepared to have multiple case managers rotate on your account during your engagement. New case managers have limited knowledge of your goals and rely on internal notes to get them up to speed on your account. They claim that cross-collaboration happens but it's difficult to know and understand every clients needs when "you're bombarded" with emails and service many cases at once, according to my interaction with customer success on 10/8/21.

Overall, if you're looking for a true consulting credit agency that will hand hold your way to reduce financial debt, this one isn't it. At least in my humble.

Also, as much as I hate to say it, they do fall under the typical "fly by night" credit agency. Early1 star reviews for this company suggest their business model relies on majority paying a monthly payment knowing this is a long process and possibly depend on leveraging that for short term gains. They can afford to do this without raising too many eyebrows knowing that most people will just lay down and accept defeat.

I personally haven't received any positive results from my engagement with Ovation, as a matter of fact my credit score went slightly down during my 8-9 month engagement. My assumption why most people who have a negative experience with Ovation is because:

- What is advertised isn't what is delivered
- Initial sales calls do a great job in selling the dream and are incentivized to close new clients versus building long term relationships
- Cross function collaboration or handover process is constant, again hinders the ability to develop relationships/trust with clients
- Communication between case managers and clients are inconsistent and too automated
- The platform itself lacks collaboration tools to develop strategies/tactics to help resolve issues. Feels more like a ticketing system when you need to get answers on something

Being in Jacksonville I had high hopes for this company but unfortunately didn't come close to meeting my expectations. I hope anyone from the Ovation leadership reading this can take some of these points back to the team and help improve internal process.

On a positive note I feel my first month getting onboarded went really well.

No one likes talking about their credit when it needs help, but Ovation has made that process almost enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Ovation for your professional support, and your prompt/responsive attention to my credit needs.
