Ouwehands Zoo Foundation Reviews

Ouwehands is bij ons maar een 25 tot 30 minuten vandaan. De hond mag mee en daarom is het voor ons een fijne dierentuin.
We hebben een abonnement.

Vond dieren park klein, en heeft achterstallig onderhoud,

Leuk dierenpark, het is niet heel groot en helaas zijn sommige verblijven gesloten ivm verbouwing. In het restaurant hebben ze ook soep, beter dan dat er in parken meestal alleen friet te verkrijgen is. Het dierenpark heeft de meeste verblijven goed onderhouden en ziet er mooi en schoon uit. Helaas heb ik in de aquaria ook 2 dode vissen aangetroffen en het verblijf van de ijsberen is erg karig en triest. Een ijsbeer die zat in een verblijf buiten helemaal alleen op het gras, het water lag vol kroos en het was erg klein. Ik vond dit heel erg zielig om te zien.. Verder een goed dierenpark, voor kinderen leuker dan volwassenen, er is genoeg speelgelegenheid in ravot apia en bij de apenverblijven.

Relaxte sfeer jammer van verplichte looproute waardoor je soms even weg kwijt was

This is a great Zoo for children, had a fantastic time! Indoor playground with lots of sand was excellent.
Panda house beautifully done in authentic Chinese style. Can recommend this Zoo too all and especially to families with small children.

It was very hot today but fortunately there were plenty of shadow spots to be found. Furthermore, just a great zoo.

Good zoo, many different animals. Only here and there the animals have too small pens. The catering is very pricey so bring enough food.

Super zoo, a lot of different animals that are well cared for and well fed. Lots of attractions and great now for children to play, of course in the room, so the weather does not affect the fun of children. I recommend this zoo to new visitors as well as people who were already but did not experience this fully miraculous charm panda Town.

De panda's waren slecht te zien. We hebben sowieso weinig beesten gezien. De beren waren leuk en de giraffen waren ook goed te zien. Het park is mooi en leuk opgezet voor de kinderen. Voor volwassenen is het minder leuk. Ik vond de entreeprijs echt te hoog voor wat ze bieden.

We have super enjoyed and also the young lady has had a lot of fun really a must for young and old !!!!

I came here as a toddler ... now 30 years later still in love with old-fashioned. Now I come with my children. The animals are in beautiful enclosures, plenty of parking, tidy, and friendly staff. If I may mention a minus based on our last visit .... catering is quite pricey and toilet areas can be cleaned more often. Now with corona you don't want to find empty soap dispensers and dirty toilet seats.

Naar Chinese lichtfestival geweest. We waren er rond 1715. Goed aangegeven route op het park. Je loopt zo hele park door langs verschillende objecten. Wanneer alles donker is is het vanzelfsprekend op zijn mooist. Divese shows/optredens. En plekken waar je bij een opgestookt kampvuur kan zitten.
Alles helemaal prima.
Kanttekening waren de slagbomen bij uiitrijden. Het werd evenbeen chaos toen een boom niet werkte...maar ook toen meerssen sreeds uitstapten om hun parkeerlaart (mobiel) te scannen. Was er iemand van het park bij geweest had het denk ik sneller goed door gelopen. Kost een ster. Verder prachtige avond gehad. Zelfs nog een handjevol dieren gespot.

Beautiful park, just too much money and things around the peanuts. It could have been better invested in the rest of the park.

Fijne en mooie dierentuin.
Goede bewijzering overal en leuke speelgelegenheden voor kinderen. Voldoende terras en horeca.

Alles goed toegankelijk met in dit geval een bolderkar. Dus ook buggy en rolstoelvriendelijk.

We went to the China light show. The entire park beautifully lit with beautiful performances. Really worth it!

It is a nice zoo but I think Burgers Zoo is a nicer zoo. The park is not super big and some stays seem a bit outdated. On the other hand, they have enough new and modern accommodations. It is nice that you can view elephants standing inside. The restaurant is also beautifully designed.

Beautiful zoo, with the bear forest, the sea lion show and the panda craziness as highlights. Nice restaurants, lots of toilets. Cared and cozy

Great animal park! Was for me already 10 years ago and during that time a lot has changed, like the new giant pandas!

Vandaag was het echt veel te druk. Rijen overal. Als je anderhalve meter afstand wil houden is dit alleen mogelijk als je geen dieren wil zien, niet moet plassen, geen ijsje wil eten en de speeltuin voorbij loopt.
Kortom, als je wil doen waarvoor je komt.
Shows zijn een uur wacht tijd. Want anders is het vol.
Of laat minder mensen binnen. Of doe het tarief naar beneden.

At the New Year's Chinese festival, it s sooooo cool!

Illogical route. Almost no dining options. Many animals not to be seen. Too expensive. Other price on the website than to cash it.

Cutest zoo in the Netherlands. Big but compact, close encounters with beautiful animals, good prices and everything neatly taken care of.

Very nice zoo. They are still pens and flee the birds to grow for a better whole. The panda stay was very nicely made and submitted to.
