The park is beautiful but the corona measures are not properly observed. On July 22, it was so busy that it was impossible to keep your distance. The walking routes were not marked well enough and people ran against the direction ...

Wonderfully quiet today, new land turtle accommodation has become really beautiful. The hospitality industry always drops a few stitches and is expensive, furthermore a great zoo to spend a day if you love animals

A nice zoo that is also very educational. At the sea lion show they explain how they live and what they eat. There is much to do for the children. Adults have their own route and children can take a climbing route. Such as in the bear forest and at the gorillas. Playgrounds are everywhere, so the children don't have to get bored.

It is really a beautiful park. But the 1.5 meters are not taken into account. It is also incredibly busy in the park. Such a pity, I was mainly concerned with keeping a distance instead of looking at the animals. If you already had a place 1.5 meters away to stand and watch. Immediately someone was standing next to or behind you, so we walked on again to have some distance. Reservation has no added value in this way.

Great animal park where you must have been. Pandas are fantastic and the accommodation that is there for the animals is nothing short of fantastic with a fantastic Chinese restaurant above with great food. Furthermore, a large variety of animals is presented in a very good manner. They are also busy designing a large new section. Very worthwhile and visit.

The garden is good but the catering industry is bad you are being discriminated against there if you ask for brown rolls they say they only have white but give brown rolls to their own staff I think that is not correct that drives people out of the zoo but I'm sorry I will never return

Land van Sint: in one word great and the new show without "potato Bill" was a relief a lot of pieten seen every year on the same boat to old hand. Men and women happy to see you and Ouwehands Zoo: thank you on behalf of my children for this fun cold day! Our youngest is completely crazy about the panda setup behind the bamboo restaurant, china light festival is something unique in europe. Ouwenhands zoo is on my way to the most beautiful park in my opinion

It was pretty and clean but there is more space for playgrounds for children than for the animals and the primary space should be for the animals because it is a zoo. The polar beers were in a small place as well as the flamingos.

Great!

Fine clear animal park. Now of course the pandas, but we were pleasantly surprised by the brown bears and wolves. What have a room that. You do have the impression that the investments for the pandas have come at the cost of maintaining the rest of the park. I think the animals do not suffer from it.

Busy and filled with people which Is normal, vomit from a visitor in the gorilla area was smelling there for a while and the restaurant was expensive for mediocre food, fries not ready yet and warm to cold croquettes. Overall a nice place to go but bring your own food

I think it is an outdated zoo with overdue maintenance and when we were there we have not seen many animals and I find the park not really handicapped friendly with places where you could not come with mobility scooter

Nice park, especially with children because of many (water) playgrounds. Relatively few animals for the size of the park. On the other hand, large and beautiful accommodations. Corona rules should be better enforced, especially in our restaurants.

Very nice smaller animal park. But with the pandas it is total madness. 5-year-old son pushed aside several times so that hobby "photographer" could shoot 1 to 10 photos better. Supervision is really inadequate! Indoor playground is a VERY good solution!

I went to Ouwehands Zoo in Rhenen last Thursday. I was there almost 16 years ago. Back then the polar bears were really unique! Now the Pandas. . They have made the building for Pandas really beautiful. They are really cute! Years ago I saw them in a zoo in China. The aquarium was small, but I could see a lot of unique fish. Awesome! And the bears. They really have enough space as a natural forest to live. I was very happy for that.
I found the tickets really expensive. (22.50 euros pp). There was only a dining area (from Hema?) Open. Sandwich with a small piece of "Hema" sausage cost 4.95 euros. Everything was actually too expensive. They have made the building for Pandas really beautiful. They are really cute! Years ago I saw them in a zoo in China.

Loved this zoo! Obviously the main attraction is the Panda Bears and they do not disappoint! We visited on a Monday during the holidays and it wasn't too busy at all. Some of the staff speak English which is great and they also offer English versions of the maps! There were lots of animals and they seemed happy and mostly active , the polar bears and the tigers were probably the only ones not active. Brilliant place to bring children, there's so many big and unique play areas! Parking was 7 which I'm not mad about as it was a great day! The zoo also seemed very clean, didn't see any sign of trash and it isn't overrun with wasps like most zoos are. What a great day!

Myself and some friends found the park a bit disappointing. Few animals clearly visible, dirty windows and a very pungent smell. Only 1 panda bear seen with the babies on a separate TV screen. And from the restaurant, I wouldn't eat the salad with the snack. The one I had was spoiled. It didn't even have a date on it. The park could also have a makeover as there are a number of planks on the ground. Furthermore, had a nice day except that the measures around corona are not enforced in the park. Everyone walks their own way instead of in the right direction.

Very nice animal park. Clear and despite the fact that it was busy, you did not notice this in the park. Plenty of dining options. Especially the indoor playground is very nice for children (and parents). Also at the hotspot (pandas) enough space to watch. Fun play equipment for children along the hiking trails.

Actually never the feeling of crowds in the park, even though the parking lot is capped on arrival. Several places with skilled & friendly guides who can tell a lot of interesting facts about the animals. Of course, the idea of a zoo remains disastrous, but if I am devilish, I think it is a great way to introduce children to live wildlife.
Routing through the garden is nice, play areas are fine, catering is ok, staff neat and comfortable, plumbing is clean and spacious, hugs in the shop astronomically expensive, seal show so so. No notable negatives.
