Nice zoo, but you have to be very careful where you possibly buy a souvenir. The shops charge different prices for the same stuffed animals and if you then want to exchange you have to go back to the other store.
Nice park for young and old, there are many large playgrounds for the children to play from time to time. The staff are very friendly and are very helpful!

We waren er op een erg warme dag dus het was fijn dat we veel onder de bomen in de schaduw konden lopen.
Het was niet heel druk en door de verplichte looproute was het mogelijk om de 1.5 meter aan te houden.
Bij de panda was het wat drukker maar met wat geduld komt het wel goed.
Het is een mooi park met mooie verblijven voor de dieren. Toch vind ik wel dat sommige dieren in te kleine hokken leven en zien ze er ook niet heel gelukkig meer uit.
Mooi dierentuin in een mooi aangelegd park met veel groen.

A beautiful Zoo. The tigers and lions can not be found in warm weather. The wolves there and against it make a show of it themselves. Super mooi park iedere keer is er wat nieuws te beleven en de meiden zijn er weg van
Fijne dierentuin, met grote, ruime hokken. Daarnaast is er ook veel informatie, die op verschillende manieren wordt gebracht. Door spelletjes, informatie borden, maar ook door verschillende stands, waar mensen direct informatie geven.
Het restaurant is ook fijn, al kreeg ik wel mee dat sommige producten langer duurden en dat sommige dingen al op waren.
Er zijn in het park veel toiletten, fijn schoon. Daarnaast is het park goed bereikbaar voor iedereen, ook mensen in een rolstoel.
Er zijn ook verschillende plekken waar kinderen fijn kunnen spelen. Een van de speeldingen is wel met water, en als je kind daarin wil, is het verstandig om op voorhand een handdoek en extra kleren mee te nemen (een duik is snel gemaakt)
Mooie dierentuin, mooie speelvoorzieningen voor kinderen, leuke shows. Aanrader!
Nu in coronatijd wel aantal dingen gesloten; aquarium en reptielenhuis. Jammer maar begrijpelijk

Very nice zoo with good variety of animals. Also take a look at the bear forest. Read the stories of these animals here and experience how terrible they had it ..... Our topper remains Gaia Zoo. But Ouwehands is definitely worth it. Also lots of fun for kids in the many playgrounds!

I think it's a nice park. You can have fun there for a few hours. I've been there a few times.
The food at the restaurant at the pandas does not resemble the pictures on the screens. This causes a disappointment when you get your food, and it doesn't taste really spectacular.
For me the disappointment was double because I received different food than I had ordered. Fortunately there was a manager (or something) who had put everything right. So I was happy with that.
The China light festival was fun and beautiful. Something that I didn't think about is that it's so dark that you can't see the animals.
We have seen 4 animals that evening.

Natuurlijk zijn de pandaberen een echte aanrader.
Het verblijf van de panda's is ook erg mooi gemaakt en er is ons verteld dat het op de echte Chinese stijl gebouwd is in ieder detail.
Zeker iets om voor terug te gaan.
