Beautiful animal park with a large variety of animals. Neat clean and friendly staff. Well what the price is not so great considering the park.

Top absolute recommendation. Clean, super laid out and cheap. Many Spielgelegenheiten for kids. And many beautiful enclosures and fancy Tiere.Top also the aquarium and the top stars the Pandas.

Known for Panda, but there is much more beautiful. Nice compact zoo.

Pandas were hard to see and there was maintenance in the visit time

Personally I think the stays are too small. The fact that the monkeys can't go outside, I find it quite worrying. My daughter had the most to do with the polar bear that was all alone ... After all the advertising that was made for it, I expected a little more involvement for the animals. But everything revolves around the Pandas unfortunately .....

Nicely landscaped zoo, many special and fun animals. Of course the pandas, but also the gorillas and the orangutans.

A very neat an spacious zoo. The animals really look happy as so does the staff, very kind and friendly.

Nice zoo with lots of greenery. Also a number of animals that you do not see in every zoo. The restaurant has hefty prices, we see that often. Parking is a drama when busy. You then literally park a few kilometers from the park and you are taken back and forth with a shuttle bus. Heen went fine, back was a drama, disorganized at the boarding, long wait, many frustrated visitors. So dirty aftertaste to a further fine zoo.

Went to the zoo with tickets from the friends lottery. Beautiful park, not super big, much revolves around the pandas, but other animals are more than worthwhile, such as the bear forest. Too bad that even though it was vacation, almost half of the eateries were closed. On the other hand it wasn't really busy either so perhaps a business decision party was justified. Nice day, the children had a great time.

Great place, amazing homes for the animals and great food. Expensive as every zoo.

Great for family outings or cozy with friends outside. For small children, a lot of entertainment is arranged throughout the park. Play equipment and climbing track is safely accessible and gives some variety. Of course very special panda, the great stay with restaurant, gift shop, toilet etc. Furthermore, the park is wheelchair / handicap friendly, staff are helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The toilets were nicely fresh and clean. And everything is easily walkable and within walking distance of the station. We had a fantastic day.

You can have fun here a whole day .... young and old!

Het blijft een super leuk dierenpark! Ook vind ik het nieuwe pandasia erg mooi!
Het is erg leuk dat je met de plategrond ook een soort agenda mee krijgt, dan kan je zien wanneer er iets wordt verteld en wanneer het voedertijd is.

I expect a bit more from it. Compact, here and there somewhat outdated, well-arranged and sufficient hospitality.

Beautiful zoo in the woods. A lot of variation in animals and generally quite spacious stays for the animals. A bit less walking space for the people so it sometimes feels very busy.

Beautifully cared for park. Bit of a long wait. But nothing to complain about for the corona.

Lots of different animals. Nice aquarium. Nice open and covered play areas for the young. Enough catering and toilets. Highly recommended for young and old.

It is a nice zoo for 1 time to look at but not worth repeating.
The animals live in a mini booth. And as an example it says the giraffes are outside but there is only 1 giraffe. I would not advise anyone to go there.

Nice park, many different animals. And a nice indoor playground and good changing facilities. They do their best to renew things, but in the autumn / winter without greenery and some maintenance overdue here and there it looks sad. Hopefully this will leave some love for the rest of the park after the panda parade. Such as everywhere signs of the same design and up-to-date education boards. That immediately appears more caring.

In the period that we have been here many animals were absent and departments under construction. I think you should actually get a discount. We were very impressed with the large gorilla stay! Nice park further.

De ideale plaats om een besmetting met het coronavirus op te lopen!
Veel en veel te veel bezoekers, slechts weinigen houden de 1,5 meter afstand van elkaar, en aan de looproute (met pijlen en bordjes aangegeven) hebben slechts weinigen een boodschap. Ook ontbreekt het aan personeel om de bezoekers hierop te attenderen.

In het verleden hier regelmatig met mijn opgroeiende kinderen geweest. Sinds die tijd is er in mijn ogen niet veel veranderd. De verblijven ogen oud en zouden wel wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken. Mooi en goed onderhouden is het verblijf van de panda s; het lijkt alsof al het geld daar naar toe is gegaan.

Wat een leuke dag had moeten worden - op het internet waren een aantal mensen laaiend enthousiast over de wijze hoe men met de huidige situatie omging - draaide uit op een teleurstelling. Vergane glorie in een gevaarlijk besmettelijke omgeving. Zonde van het geld en jammer voor de mooie herinneringen.

Altijd leuk voor het hele gezin. Ruime verblijven voor de dieren. Schoon. Door de week altijd rustig.

Nice zoo. Unfortunately, the Corona measures are muddled. Normally there is a walking direction in the park, now we were asked to take a different route while arrows were not adjusted / removed. As a result, groups of people walked around much more than necessary. Hopefully they can improve this with better signs / directions).

Wel een beetje duur maar wel waard

Viel erg tegen. Er waren looprichtingen maar ivm drukte werden mensen tegen die richting het park ingestuurd zo kon je helaas nergens in omdat de meeste plekken een verplichte in en uitgang hadden en je zo alleen bij uitgangen kwam.
Op sommige plekken zoals het aquarium had echt toezicht moeten staan 1,5 meter is moeilijk daar dus je moet op elkaar wachten. Een aantal mensen deden dit niet omdat het soms erg lang kon duren en dan stond je echt te dicht op elkaar.


De enige plek waar wel goed op de drukte werd gelet was het pandaverblijf. Hier een halfuur in de rij gestaan om te zien dat de mannetjespanda niet te zien was enhet jong lag buiten de livestream camera.

Verblijven zelf waren karig en op heel veel plekken stonden er geen bordjes met welk dier er zat of wanneer er een jong geboren was. Bij de orang-oetans werd er verwezen naar de website i.v.m. het jong maar daar was niks te vinden.

Er hing weinig sfeer en doordat niet alle eetplekken open waren was het enorm druk bij de eetplekken die wel open waren. Deze plekken hadden weinig keus als je iets wilde wat niet uit de frituur kwam.

Daarnaast kost een parkeerkaart 8 euro. Prima als er een nette parkeerplaats is maar deze was er niet. Door de regen een grote plas geworden en soms moest je op aanwijzing zo dicht op elkaar parkeren dat uitrijden bijna niet te doen was.

We were here visiting because of the China Lights Festival and are only watching in the evening. Beautifully set up and enough to see. Beautiful themes in light sculptures. Especially the birds in cages, dragon, an African group of animals and the Chinese palace were very beautiful. We also saw the pandas, even though they were sleeping. Very cute! In terms of eating options it is quite limited, the restaurants did not look very attractive to eat there. It was busy, had gone in the last weekend of the Christmas holiday. Nevertheless you could walk around fine, because it is a fairly large park. Nice to have seen once!

Het is een heel mooi park , maar sommige hoeken moeten opgefrist worden , en ook te weinig dieren bij verschillende dierverblijven ! Daarom geen 4 sterren van mij , voor de rest ook heel veel prima punten

A beautiful park where the animals really have space. The collection may be more extensive in other parks, but here you 'experience' nature. Too bad there was only 1 panda to be seen.

We have been to the China Light Festival. This was super beautiful !!! A pity that the entire route does not have slightly, although this may have a cause. Of course they can't put a scene everywhere, but there are quite a few dark pieces in between that would give more atmosphere with some extra lights and would indicate, apart from the arrows on the route, how you can best walk.
But definitely recommended! Next year we will go again!

Overall, a very nice zoo.
The enclosures of the animals are consistently large and beautifully designed. The zoo is not too big, but just right. There are many possibilities for children to play and a lot to discover. The prices are okay. Only parking for 7.50 I found a bit expensive.
German language skills of the staff should not be expected, but English works great. But there is an extra parking plan and information in German.

Nice place for adults and children ... everything ... although there are some areas in-construction but it was fine ..

Heel leuke dierentuin , het is leuk voor jong en oud. We hebben geen jonge kinderen meer ,
onze mannen zijn al groter. Die vinden ook leuk,
ook voor de kleine kinderen is het ook heel leuk
speeltuin ook binnen met water. Zelf met de corona is het goed de doen, en het personeel
ook heel vriendelijk.

I was there 10 years ago and I don't think it has changed. So it disappointed me.

The panda bears are of course nice to see, but you don't see much more than this. They sleep most of the day . For the rest, I thought it was disappointing. The children's farm was closed (nothing was left on the site) and a part of the reptile house was also closed (again was not on the site). Even more parts were in maintenance / closed again no info on the site, but a 3 euro surcharge for weekends and holidays ..... In short, if you want to see panda bears go to bed and pay 24.50 per person, but if you want to go to a nice zoo with many different animals, I would choose another one (most of them are even cheaper with the discount codes that can be found everywhere). I could not find discount codes for Ouwehand. An e-ticket is 1 euro cheaper than at the counter. You will then still be in line for a while at ticket control.

Wij zijn naar de wintereditie van China light festival geweest en het was echt overweldigend mooi. Alsof je een sprookje in kwam stappen . We hebben zelfs nog tijgers gezien en de panda's.
Volgend jaar zouden wij er zo weer heen gaan.

Nice park that is well maintained. Lots of different animals and play equipment for children.
However, corona measures are moderately to non-complied with. The park tries with walking routes and one-way traffic, but many guests do not comply with these.

great layout, beautiful park. Restaurant was fine and not extremely expensive. The Berenbos was really beautiful. We expected more from the reptile house. parking distance to entrance very short.

Had an annual subscription for the second time this year. Always nice to go there. Because of the subscription, we often only go later in the afternoon and then consciously choose a number of parts of the park. I find the catering and souvenir shop outrageously expensive. The park is also very beautiful with the new accommodations for the gorillas and pandas.

Wonderful animals and wonderful stays. I can't wait for the innovations.
