We went to Outhaus the other day to look at some brick colours for our new house extension. Great to see the social distancing measures put into place. Lots of room to look around and keep your distance with other shoppers.

I recently visited outhaus for the first time. I was blown away by there displays and product range, the showrooms are Huge and kept to an exceptional high standard. I was firstly greeted warmly by there receptionist and directed to stone and cladding which is what I was after a lovely lady Emma was sent over to assist me she was very friendly and had a vast knowledge about the products which was a huge help as I didn t really know much about them. I felt my whole experience was very efficient and pleasant. I will definitely recommend outhaus and look forward to shopping again in the spring for my new patio. JG

Great store. However the music they play would make your ears bleed.

Great selection of tiles...Emma Lennon, member of staff, was extremely helpful...took lots of time to explain different options and provided follow up email promptly.

Very bad experience with OutHaus. First they barely answered my questions around wall cladding when I went there and were not professional. I did order white bricks to build an interior wall eventually because I didn't know where else to buy and they told me they were out of stock (which happens no big deal). I gave my number and they said it will take a month but will call me as soon as stocks arrived. They obviously never did so I came back around a month later, placed the same order and paid only to get told on the phone 2 days later they didn't have enough in stocks (probably because they didn't call me when stock arrived!!!!).

Not impressed at all with their service. The two times I went there physically my experience was as bad. They lost my time, energy and patience at this stage. Very unprofessional.

Purchased some bricks for a client as part of a new build house, ordered bricks to be cut to a specific and they were cut incorrectly, was made pay again despite it not being our fault. Also the cost of a brick is 1.44 + vat which is extortionate as it s just shy of twice the price of a similar brick from a competitor.
Sales guy said the high cost was due to Brexit!!

Great place some great ideas for home improvments .i was dealing with a girl.called caroline what can i say she was great very helpfull friendly and really nice girl

Very prompt to take your money (a lot by the way) --- and extremely poor at customer service. Do not expect anything from the sales representatives as they are prompt to sell stuff they do not even have in stock. Stuff that, as a customer, I ordered... This is nonsense.
When you walk in the store you almost have to run after the staff to be served and do the questions and answers by yourself.
Avoid this aweful experience and save yourself some time -- and money.

Customer service is non existent. Did not want to answer questions, basically tried to ignore the fact that I was in the shop trying to buy bricks.

We recently used Outhaus for all our bathroom tiles and our patio. We were very impressed with the service, in particular, Marcus was very help throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Superbly new shop with lot of brick/ stone/ tails/ roof tails etc..Possible cutting any stone bricks on site.Easy access place to park nice clean tidy good customer service. Highly recommended.
