This place is a good place to work but if you are a sewer and on the Frankenstein machine good luck you will be sewing paper for eternity. I couldn't figure out why I was on paper still and not hats and patches only. I then found out that the machine that I was using had a sensory problem and there was no other machines to trade. I guess that this place doesn't care much about keeping people, because every machine is not made for newcomers learning how to sew.

The best working environment. The Supervisors and employees was the most superior, swell, welcoming, winning, friendly ,considerate. Human beings I had the pleasure to work with. Thank you Outdoor Cap for giving me the best heartwarming work experience of my life.
