David's workshop could not have been more on the mark for me and my business right now. I've read so many books over the years and always thought I 'knew it all' so the information wasn't anything I haven't heard before but it was FINALLY delivered in a way that gave me more insight and skills as to HOW I can make goals, make changes and expect positive outcomes. I've come to see my biggest obstacle of making excuses and blaming others, this changes today. We have implemented the first of many new systems in the first 24 hours after leaving the workshop. I'm excited to see where we are in 90 days. Working on getting away from things being just OK and making our business Outstanding. I've pulled 12 Business books off the shelves to re-read with a new perspective and NO MORE EXCUSES.

My business is progressing rapidly since engaging with OBG. I needed confidence; Cindy, David and team provide that and much more in a friendly, supportive, professional and engaging manner.

I attended the " 5 Ways to Eliminate Price Competitions" on the 6th of Aug 2015 at the Outcomes business group's training centre at Cheltenham and was very impressed with the training provided and the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. The course was very informative and conducted in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this course and other courses conducted by the "Outcomes Business Group " to my family, friends and Clients.

I discovered Outcomes Business Group through one of their breakfasts which was packed with value and interactive. I was so impressed I signed up for The Business Master Plan which was 2 hours of jam packed, easy to follow advice on creating a simple and usable business plan as well as the importance of the building blocks so your business can scale effectively. I highly recommend meeting with them, they have a solution to fit everyone. You'll wish you had done it sooner!

The information was good but having to fill out the booklet was disappointing.

I just attended the Leverage course with Outcomes and can highly recommend it for any Business owner or BDM.

Their courses on Magnetic Marketing and Sales made simple are also fantastic for those of you wanting to understand the fundamentals of writing your USP, building your marketing channels and building during lead generation campaigns.

I was called up by Jenny, who explained that the meeting I attended yesterday 10 Nov 15 was going to be a networking event, but was disappointed that it was a lecture on business coaching and there was no opportunity for networking.

The content was good, but it was not what I attended for and felt mislead.

This information-packed online session was delivered most professionally. The points made were thought-provoking and relevant to the global challenges for businesses. I came away feeling positive about the future for my business instead of overwhelmed (which is often the case with online presentations.) My business life has become crystal clear - My daily routine is structured with each new task I create and all my tasks DO fit into the "Zone" - I own my Zone and know what I need to do to move my Business forward. I am not trolling through my emails - at the beginning and end of my work day only. Already, by delegating other routine demands/urgent/important tasks, has provided a calmer approach to business in the office environment and has highlighted what my activity requires of me to perform my allocated tasks and designated time frames. - Predominantly only those activities which "generate the money". As a mentor for small business, I found it useful for small business owners as they are generally untrained business managers. The content covered all the business functions plus provided some good business tips.

The best business I have made was to get coaching with Outcomes, I only wish is that I had done it sooner.

Recently attended an online session, from which I came away with some great insights and practical tips for adapting/revising a business plan in the current (Covid) climate. The delivery of the session by David Guest was very professional, peppered with candor, real life business experiences and relatable examples. Attended one of their breakfast events. There was some good content and the event was well organised. But it wasn't that amazing that I would attend again. I guess it's most useful for self-employed and not so experienced in business. If you're struggling with your business plan, marketing or business metrics, they can probably help you get the basics in place.

I recently presented at Outcomes Business Breakfast and was very pleasantly surprised by just how professional they are in their process driven approach. Often there can be a disconnect with the public facing parts of a business and behind the scenes. Outcomes practice what they preach in every area and it creates lucrative results for all involved.

The 90 day planning day was very informative and creating a 3 month Business plan will inspire me to improve my business. Accountability is a great motivator.. The information gained on the day helped me develop a specific plan for my business with achievable defined goals..Zoom is not an ideal platform for this program having experienced a number of planning days with a large group of people in person..Being with people allows a better environment to network.. Great day..
