Nurses are so rude in the ER would like to see a whole new staff their judgmental and throw slang at you. Who do I contact to complain on a worker?

ER nurses here are terrible. Very rude, extreme incompetence, lots of side talk, unprofessional and can not do the simplest thing like run an IV. I left in worse shape than I went in because the nurse bruised my entire arm. She must have missed the lesson in clinics on how to run an IV.

They take amazing care of me everytine I have gone and needed medical attention . Nurses and Doctors are very compassionate and they will find what's the problem and take care of it. For me they have.

I have been a patient here on several occasions in the past 2 years and I have found the care to be excellent. The physicians and nurses went above and beyond to meet my needs. I highly recommend Our Lady of Lourdes.

My husband was admitted there. It's a very clean and beautiful place. The service in the emergency room is awesome. The nurses and doctors are very professional. This is my husband hospital of choice.

Waited with my mother who had a blood pressure of 200/110 for three hours in the ER. Five people got up and left in the three hours. My mother just asked them to recheck her blood pressure and they said they would after they took care of the newest walk-in

Tuesday, Aug 3 2021 it is 9:00 pm. I just had IV taken out & left after waiting 9 hours. I had a heart stent put in 2 weeks ago. I was having pains in my right lower stomach. I was dizzy & felt like I was going to faint. They took blood work, an EKG & x rays on my upper chest & left side. No where near where I was in pain.
When I asked to have IV removed the triage nurse was very rude. She advised us this is how it is in every emergency room in America. And that once she removed the IV I would not be seen at all. She was a tall thin white woman with high lighted hair.
Please do not go to this place unless you want to waste your time

Very long wait times. Up to eight hours. I personally counted 5 patients walk up and ask iv to be taken out because they had been waiting for 6 to 8 hours. No one really seemed to care about them leaving. At the time I am writing this review it's been over 4 hours for myself. I am a pretty understanding person. I understand that more dire emergencies take precedence. But, it seems like they could do better than eight hours. I will continue to wait as I need to be seen. There are many other hospital options. This will definetly make me rethink if I need hospital care in the future.

My experience is we checked in at 8 pm with nausea/vomiting and flank pain almost 8 hours later we still haven t been seen by a physician or told ANYTHING! If the rating had a zero I would give them a zero !!!!! Made no sense the. I had to go to work in the morning! People had time to literally die in the waiting room ! Horrible experience!

Terrible service and staff. Everyone is rude and unprofessional. Sat for three hours in the lobby after suffering with dehydration after major surgery. They said it wouldn t be long. After three hours waiting they said 5 people were still ahead of me even though they were there after. I will NEVER give this joke of a place business. Lafayette General is a much better choice.
