Attended a cheesemaking workshop. Everything from the instructor and workshop to the hosts was fantastic!

They are forward outside the box thinkers who focus on making the planet a better place to live.

Gorgeous! What a wonderful retreat from the chaos of the rest of our trip. Beautiful!
NB: be sure to take biodegradable soaps, shampoos and toothpaste. The "if it's yellow, let it mellow" rule for bathroom use may not be comfortable for everyone. When you see the beauty they are protecting though I hope you will get it.

There are interesting people gathered here from all over the world working together to keep the site running smoothly and who are always keen for a wee chat.
Brandy Gallagher has dedicated herself to this project and she graciously gave us a brief tour which included the site's fascinating history.

This village has taught me so much about protecting nature. I promise you, if you go their your life will be changed forever.

Every village has a dictator .who wants to live in a village with that . when you take courses and you pay up front . then you pay monthly to stay at a place you should not have extortion to get out
