Amazing, I visited Ottawa Honda for a scheduled service on my Civic Si.

I have to confess at the beginning I was a little bit skeptical due to the previous experiences at the other dealerships, but from the first moment that I arrived to this shop everything was great.

The service advisor was very kind and knowledgeable about my car and the service necessary, he explained everything and all my questions without a problem.

The technician Mr. Khamea excellent and professional service, he did a great job paying great attention to small details..

Had a great experience with Honda. Bought my first new car from Tom Nash. Tom has great patience and knowledge with every question I had asked. It was seamless and easy. Very friendly and welcoming team! Even with covid everyone remained happy and kept everything sanitized

I love Honda vehicles. I ve never had issues with any of the cars that I ve owned. I ve been leasing from Ottawa Honda for a couple of years now and I dint have anything bad to say. They have always been friendly, courteous and prompt in their service. And they have a pleasant waiting lounge and coffee bar. The agent who I deal with has been nothing short of fantastic. I don t see switching to another brand of vehicle anytime soon.

We had a great experience with James at Ottawa Honda. Would definitely recommend. He was super helpful and made the experience seamless. We really appreciated his flexibility and patience with us, particularly as a family with a newborn, on top of the Covid times. He answered all our questions (many more than once!) and completed all our documents remotely/electronically, which was a huge bonus. We had previously bought a Honda vehicle through Tom Nash and were extremely satisfied with the experience. This year, we decided to buy a Honda CRV, and thought to reach out to Tom at Ottawa Honda. I was looking for a specific car which was no longer available in the province on Quebec. I found the last one in Ontario, at Ottawa Honda, however, I wasn t sure if the transaction could be done considering I needed to bring the car to Quebec. I was referred to James, who explained the steps and informed me that they take care of everything, including registering the car in my province. All I needed to do, was go and pick it up and drive it back! After discussing and coming to an agreement on pricing/terms, we setup a pick up date, and as soon as I got there, the car was ready for me to drive her back home. We had done almost everything by phone/emails.
The transaction was seamless, and it was very easy to communicate with James and his colleagues. I highly recommend dealing with James and Ottawa Honda! The two hour drive was well worth it! Thanks for a great service James!
