what an ineffective customer service!!!...
I made 2 purchases for marni online. Both failed transaction. Until now i only get 1 refund and still waiting for the other one. I send a lot of emails asking where's my second refund and they keep saying they did the refund. But they can only send 1 proof of refund, and the other one still not been made. I asked to be called so i can explain it, but nobody do it.
