If I could give just a half star I would. This bank steals money from customers and then the loan officer and the tellers have the audacity to laugh about it.
Beware that when you want to pay off a loan, get the most recent update on interest and then pay it entirely you will be charged for interest because you didn't use the exact phrasing "I want to close the account ". If you bank at Ossian State Bank you can't pay off a loan entirely without paying extra.
Let me recommend Bippus State Bank instead.

This was my bank since I first got a job & I had several different accounts & loans through OSB. The people were always great knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & down to earth. I never ever had an issue with any of the employees or services offered in the 20 years I banked here. The only reason I had to leave them was that I moved out of state but if it was my choice, I d have kept all my accounts here!
