This is an awesome Dr s office. Dr Mendez Is a wonderful doctor. He s very professional and makes you feel welcome every time you see him and has an answer for all questions. The assistants in the front are just as great. They re very polite, beautiful and are always ready to help and answer any questions you might have with your appointment. Thank you guys

This is the greatest office ever! They actually saved my life. I will not live long enough to be grateful to them. They ALL care about you! From the front desk to the nurses to the practitioner ALL great people with great hearts!
Writing on behalf of my mother, who went for an appointment. The PA-C that attended her was Ruben Murillo. She was extremely satisfied with his service and was professional. He throughly explained the answers to all of her concerns.
I was very pleased with my experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was seen by Zoe Gonzales who was very informative. She took her time with me and answered all my questions.
Every time I have an appointment I never get called on time. Doesn t matter how early I make my appointment for. They don t follow six feet instructions either. It s nearly a full house in here with barely any seats, meaning someone can sit right next to me and that s not following the guidelines. The employees behind the desk do not wear masks either. Meanwhile the customers have to. Safety should be first and they should schedule people further out so they can be on time with the next appointment. The parking situation and location of this business isn t easily accessible what so ever. Tiny parking spots, and roadways to navigate through and my car is compact. Only rating two stars because the front-desk people are kind even though they don t wear masks, and the doctor I see is nice as well.
I am very disappointed with Dr. Mendez. I believe I was not listened to in regard to my concerns with medication. When I brought up my concerns I was dismissed entirely. Instead I received a lecture about a diabetic diet. I am fully aware of a diabetic diet as I have lived with this disease for over 20 years. The only saving grace with this office is the occasional PA or Medical student that comes in. Dr. Mendez and his staff cares more for their Spanish speaking patients than their English speaking patients. Al;so the idea that I need to pay for an office visit to be lectured is ridiculous . I started coming to this office because it was somewhat close but as with all practices in this area, they care more about what they can bill as to patients health and well being.. If I could manage my disease with out medication I would never come back to this office!!!!
Terrible experience waiting when I had appointment, over-crowded waiting room & receptionists that work here at the front desk not wearing their face masks.
What an amazing and pleasant experience at Osceola Endocrine Consultants. Dr. Ruben was very knowledagble, anserws all my questions, and provided me with a clear treatment plan. Dr Alberto had great bedside manners and was also very kind and helfpul.
I been to many doctors office, but this one here has been the best experience. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors, my visit was timely, kind and helpful.
I highly recomend to anyone looking for a specialsit to check out this practice!
