We had to sell my Moms condo. I interviewed 3 agents from different real estate companies. All of them were professional but I found that I related best with Jen. She was very easy to talk to and seemed very honest and straightforward.
The condo that I was selling had previously been under contract so all of the furniture had been removed. When the potential buyers reneged I was left with an empty place to sell. The other agents wanted to take pictures & work computer magic to have furniture in the pictures. I felt that doing that would still not show my condo in the best way when potential buyers came to see it. Jen also estimated the listing price almost $10,000 higher than the other 2 agents. (It s easy to sell cheap.)
Jen had furniture & accessesories that she placed in the condo to really stage it. The pictures matched what buyers would see when they entered the unit. That was an important differential for me.
The unit sold in a few weeks but the new buyers were difficult to deal with. Jen stood her ground to keep the price as high as possible.
