I have went to the group for many years. Have been completely satisfied and happy. I have had three shoulder surgeries, the last being a replacement. Dr. Nitz is a wonderful doctor! I have a spinal stimulator too. I have had more than one, Dr. Grissoni has helped me out me that. He s has also helped with my neck. The staff has been great! The billing department has always worked with me. I ve seen a couple of the other doctor for different things and they all are wonderful.

I saw a physician here, was misdiagnosed for months. when I sought a second opinion it turned out I had a serious issue that required surgery. I highly suggest being treated elsewhere. I'm still paying the bill off for this place, despite the misdiagnosis.

Went in for a simple right knee sprain. I also happen to suffer from Stiff Person Syndrome, or Moersh Woltman Syndrome. At any time I can experience severe contacts, tetany, and loss of movement in my axial muscles. I had been having a lot of problems this week, with that illness, but I went to OID anyway for my appointment. I suffered a severe episode while in the waiting room, and I tried to indicate the staff several times I was having severe episode and might have petit mal seizure. I was trying to talk to my Neurologist and her nurse when I was called in for x rays.I was confused and having severe muscle issues. I was talking loudly above the din of your office, and I told to shut it down. No one seemed to realize I WAS HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. I left the office and had a petit mal seizure in my car. I called back later, and told I was dismiss from the clinic for being "disruptive." The point is, I was in pain, in mental confusion, unable to move properly, and was treated like some kind of mad man. After my seizure subsided and I vomited in my car, I drove home, talked to my neurologist, and got an emergency prescription. THANKS A LOT, People!!!!! THANKS FOR TREATING ME LIKE AN ANIMAL. THANKS FOR NOT REALIZING I WAS IN MEDICAL DISTRESS!!!!!!

I had to schedule here because of my insurance. The first appointment I had THREE phone calls from the office because of confusion about my appointment. I showed up at 8am for the appointment to be told I didn t have one. The did squeeze me in thankfully. I m at my last(hopefully) appointment today. I m writing this because I was hoping to give them one more shot. Their office staff couldn t have been less pleasant. No smiling, no kind words, and they are downright rude. I would go into detail but I ve already wasted enough of my life in this place I don t want to waste it typing too. I cannot wait to never come back here.

The doctors here were fantastic. I came in with severe back and leg pain and Dr. Grisoni and Dr. Hodges were very caring and explained everything in great detail to me. It turned out to be a slipped disc that was pinching a nerve. An injection was recommended initially and ultimately an artificial disc replacement or spinal fusion.

However, the medical assistant, Gina, I was forced to work with was the most incompetent staff member I have ever seen in any organization. She drug her feet getting the procedure approved through insurance and when I contacted insurance for approval they stated they would readily complete the approval with more information from Gina. Upon informing Gina of this, she yelled at me and told me that I was bothering her and to stop calling, and to go to the ER if I was having any issues. (As instructed, I went to the ER. The ER physician didn't understand why my orthopedic Dr. wouldn't help me). The cost of two visits to the ER was astronomical, especially for something that should have been managed by my orthopedic Dr. but wasn't due to one person's neglect and laziness.

On top of all that, the billing department also dropped the ball. After a few months went by and I had yet to receive a bill, I got a threatening letter in the mail saying my account was now closed and I was being sent to collections. When I called in to explain I had never received a bill I was berated for, "ignoring multiple attempts to be contacted." When I inquired about the specific dates and location of where the bills had been sent, they discovered the bills were in fact NOT sent, not even once! What a complete nightmare.

I've seen Dr. Kim twice (once for a broken finger and once for trigger finger). Both times he was helpful and took care of my problems. I've also seen Dr. Bishop for a broken ankle. He operated on the ankle and it healed with no problems. I would definitely go back to see either Dr. again. The staff in the office are very helpful and efficient.

Even thou I show up, on time, for my appointment I waited 45 minutes and have not the doctor. So I walked up to the desk and ask how much longer, I was told that there were 3 people ahead of me and all of the rooms are full. Since I had another doctors appointment I had to reschedule. I now have the first appointment of the day, so this will be interesting to see if I have to wait.

I recently had knee surgery with Dr. Tatum and cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Tatum was patient, understanding and I felt very honest about what I could expect. I was nervous after just having a hip replacement in January with Dr. Bauman ( another great Dr.). I have had no issues and am doing great! I really like OID.....highly recommend this facility.

My Wife needed a hip replaced, we went in on the 3...

My Wife needed a hip replaced, we went in on the 30th of September for consultation and to set up surgery, all went well, set up surgery for November 10th. 2 weeks later, I get a letter saying that I hadn't met my co pay for my insurance $5200 for the year, and that I needed to pay the portion of my co pay the doctor would receive up front, or surgery would be cancelled, I had to pay $2180 IIRC, no real big deal, seems like a low rent move to me though.

After surgery, a week and a half, they still hadn't posted the charges to my account, leading to a lot of my co pay others wanted me to pay, even though I had hit my max out of pocket, all because they were dragging their heels posting to my health care provider. They told me if there was a difference, there would be no problem getting a refund. That is till they owed me $312.75, I got multiple excuses, and they didn't have the EOB from insurance yet, and kept putting it off. I had a 2 week check up with my wife, and asked about my refund, they called Angela in accounting, she said they got the EOB that morning but would have to mail me a check, to which I said ok.

The next day, Angela calls me and tells me that there is another bill that I "owe" on, I said ok, but I never got a bill, she said they hadn't sent it yet, that would be why I hadn't gotten a bill. I told her it sounded fishy to me and seemed to be a way to just hold on to the customer s money. I then called my insurance provider, they called me back, and now I have 2 bills I owe for and actually "owe" them more money, odd, so I called the office manager in the finance section, I left her a lengthy voicemail trying to cover these items while it was still fresh in my mind. She never called back, so I called her again, I got her VM again, again, I called and told the receptionist "Nichole" what was going on, she told me she was there, but would not transfer me to her, she simply took my info and said she would call me.

She did call, she was in fight mode from the beginning, her words "what do you expect me to do?", I told her I wanted my refund for the contract we had, paying my co pay up front for surgery. My money isn't supposed to be in limbo till they need to apply it to my account, then to bill me for the other services and I would pay them. She said that didn't make sense, I said me paying for something that I have no statements for doesn't make sense. She stated that they didn't get the EOB from the insurance till the prior morning and she couldn't have told me about them till the day before. But, as I stated, I spoke with Angela the afternoon before, who, told me they owed me money and knew nothing about outstanding balances. Had I known, I would have paid them. Ironically when I got home that day, I had 1 invoice from them, created on the 20th, yet, according to the office manager, they didn't get the EOB till the 23rd.

She then told me that they don't give refunds, and kept saying that they had already applied my money to the bills I owed them, and that was how it was and how they did business. I told her I understood that the office and the doctors were separate entities and I would be speaking with the physician about the way the office staff dealt with customers, she cut me off, and said she would be talking direct with the physician before me and would let him know what was going on.

My thoughts...... while my wife can now walk, the way the back end is run is downright rude, I will never pre pay a co pay again, if that means I have to find a different physician, so be it,

I had a total knee with Dr k Paley about nine years ago. . It went pretty well . It started hurting so I went back to see him and was told I needed a revision . It was done in April of 2018 but I am not happy with it. . I fell at this office in the parking lot and fractured a couple vertebrae in my back. They put me in a brace and I was having a lot of pain. I got an appointment with Dr Grisoni and he fixed it and the pain was gone the next day .

Lori Sutton is extremely unprofessional. She never returned my phone call during my two months of having to deal with her. She also made me jump through hoops when it came to making appointments so that she would not have to do her job! I received an lumbar steroid injection which inflamed my herniated disk and made my symptoms worse. I was then prescribed an NSAID and told to get another injection...

Absolutely ridiculous! Waited over an hour to be seen for 5 minutes to get a referral elsewhere I have never experienced such disorganized patient care. ALSO be aware you have to pay before you are seated in the waiting room.

Dr. Nitz has been outstanding and the PA Melissa is as well. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the personal working the front counter. I have been coming to the facility over the last 3 yrs and there seems to be only one individual who is friendly and helpful while the others are not.

I had a very good experience at this office. I needed foot surgery unexpectedly and Dr.Marten and his staff worked quickly with me to get me into the office and have surgery scheduled. They were very kind, compassionate, and up front about billing practices. His secretary worked with me to find a hospital my insurance would accept and make it affordable for my family. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a back injury in 2012 and saw another doctor who told me nothing and didn t help. Finally decided to get a second opinion and choose Dr. G since he did my aunts back surgery. So pleased. I met with Ericka the PA. I finally received the answers I was looking for. She took the time to pull up my X-ray and explain everything that was going on. She prescribed non narcotic meds that are working great. I haven t been this pain free in years!
