Had contact by telephone with the desk and indicated a transfer request, they will not accept you if you hire at another ortho (which we are not satisfied with).
Because it is not financially attractive, so they cannot make enough money from you.
Had contact with another ortho practice and welcome them with the same request.
Downright scandalous that apparently earning money on your back is more important than a dental treatment!

Outrageous practice! I really do not recommend anyone to go to this practice. They are all unfriendly, screaming through the phone like crazy! Just think about money. Do many unnecessary checks for money. I keep getting bills I don't know about. I NEVER go there in my life and tell anyone who wants to go not to go. I regret it!

A customer must also be paid by ortho, if the customer is helped later. Not only customers have to be fined for 10 minutes late .... am dissatisfied.

Perfectly helped in this beautiful practice. My teeth were a "difficult case" that couldn't be straightened in the past (according to several other orthodontists), but now it's all been saved.
