This place is amazing. The staff are so professional but they treat you like family. These people take you at your worst, injury, surgery, etc, and make you feel cared for. I'm familiar with therapy. They don't treat you like a diagnosis, but as a person. And they individualize the treatment to you. It's not cookie cutter, same treatment for everybody. That's so important.the treatments are fun and outside the box
I am a 67 woman who recently had shoulder surgery. I have been working with Orrock-mendenall on physical therapy for over 6 weeks now. I had my 2nd post operative appt. with my surgeon Monday. He released me after 2 months and 10 days. He said i was the quickest he has ever released someone with my type of surgery. I OWE MUCH OF THIS TO THE AMAZING WORK OF ORROCK-MENDENHALL. (My surgeon was awesome too). This company is amazing. Every single therapist is very knowledgeable. Thank you for your great care!
You will receive such excellent treatment here! There is always a tech at your side, assigned to help you and guide you through your exercises. (And they give great massages, too!) They become like family because they are so personable and friendly!
The Physical Therapists are ALL very skilled and involved in all the patients. The exercises they introduce to you teach you how to use your whole body to help carry the load of movement to help you prevent future injuries. They discuss your progress guide to back to health.
The exercise routines are creative and extensive. As mentioned, they involve whole body movement. In comparing what I was doing with a friend who had the same shoulder surgery, I was surprised to learn my routine was much more comprehensive and I knew what each routine was supposed to achieve. That had me following through more faithfully at home to achieve the results I wanted because I knew the purpose of each action.

I had spinal surgery and i finally decided on O&M and within a few weeks After I was cleared to start pt I was already back in the gym running and feeling like myself. They gave great attention and a perfect level of difficulty and still keeping it safe. 10/10 physical therapy office.
This was the third physical therapist I went to for the same injury. The past physical therapists never seemed to be able to help me. However, within days of coming here I was up and running again. The staff is friendly, and both Karen and Steve are super great people. I would definitely recommend them!

I had my second total knee replacement a few months ago. I was referred to Steve at Orrock/Mendenhall by my at-home PT, and I am so glad I chose to go to them. Steve and Karen are both wonderful! They are truly passionate about what they do and very knowledgeable. They really listen, and take the time to get to know and understand each patient and the challenges they are facing and formulate individualized plans for their recovery. Ater my first surgery, my PT did not go well and I ended up having to have a second procedure. Totally different story with Steve! He was as invested in my reocovery as I was! They have a fun, energetic and well trained staff and create an atmosphere that actually makes PT fun! I would recommend them 100%!
I had a total knee replacement...It's been rough. These guys and their staff are AMAZING!! I've told everyone I know....GO THERE. Please understand that I'm a 'rocker' - I love to dance & rock. I haven't been able to groove or dance for months & it's hurt me internally so very much. One of the head 'dudes' (Buck) in Lehi got wind of my despair of not being able to dance. He incorporated it into my treatment. Almost made me cry - He got me dancing!!! My friends and family teared up when I shared this....These folks really REALLY do care about our health and recovery. Again, GO THERE. (Kept trying to post this to Lehi's facility - But I'm lame with web site stuff)
I have used this office twice, once for my foot and now for my knee. I really appreciate the personal attention I get at this office. The PT s are very knowledgeable and the aides are very helpful and fun to be around. The atmosphere of the office is professional and relaxed. They listen to your input and work with you to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend this PT office to my friends and family.
My experience with Orrock Mendenhall Sports Medicine was superb. I found the staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. They were pleasant to be around and they displayed a level of competence that impressed me.. A therapeutic program was developed for me that went right to the root of my shoulder pain and I have been free of any pain as I have followed the prescribed exercises of my program at home. There is no question about where I would go if and when i have an additional need for physical therapy.
