Orlando Science Center Review

Good indoor place and exploring for preschool to kindergarten age. My girls are a bit older and got bored easily.

Display times are spaced and display access is not allowed after 5 minutes of starting

Great for kids of all ages, walkway from the garage to the check in desk. Only wish the kids area had a check in like COSI in Columbus, Ohio, especially since it's such a big area, but the lots of rooms.

Watch your kids, saw adults in the ball pit. Potential pedophiles paradise.

Lots to do from creative play to the kinetic interactive rooms. We spent the entire day and enjoyed every area.

Great for learners of all ages! Floors filled with hands on exhibits and a dedicated KidsTown area with great odds of wearing out the little ones.

Better than liberty science center in nj. This place was cleaner and more organized. The exhibits are pretty educational and fun. The kids enjoyed it. Tickets are a bit pricey for the experience.

My family really enjoyed the science center. We went during otronicon event and they absolutely positively had a blast. We will be coming back!

Great place to bring the kids. The new kids town is open and you usually get notified of some decent adults only nights.

If you want to have fun with the kids, this is the place to be. If you're an adult looking for a learning experience, you'll most likely be disappointed. The exhibits were fairly simple and basic. Nothing beyond a fifth grade science class. Older children and adults will probably be bored as there's little to nothing challenging.

We love the science Center! We have had passes for the last 2 year's and my almost 3 year old can't get enough of this place. I also have a 17 and 14 year old and there is plenty for them to do too. Holidays are usually crowded so we try not to come then. But love there theme weeks. There science and wine (21 and up) are also great events to attend for either date night or girls night out.

I love the science center and have been a member with my grandchildren for 3 years. It is well worth the money! We come often and always have an enjoyable time. However, it is unacceptable that I have to wait in the membership line for 10 minutes while someone fills out paperwork to join. There should be a separate line for those people wanting a yearly pass. I pay for the privilege to check in quickly so maybe a third person needs to be added to the reception staff. This problem happens often and I know others have complained but nothing ever changes.

Its ok outdated they have a lot of space that they can use for more stuff.

Its a nice place for kids. There are options to explore about science and have fun thru games.

My 1st grader loves it. He's delighted with the sphere that images of the planets are projected on. Could spend the whole day there.

Awesome place to learn hands on science. Get an annual pass and go all year. Have been a member for 4 years.

Great place to take your kids on a hot or rainy day. Feels like there are fewer activities now. I feel like 10 years ago you could do a lot more. Sometimes things don t even work right or at all. Also, the subway in the cafeteria is usually being run by one person while 3 or 4 others stand around and talk to each other.

Mostly science related gags for kids. Not recommended for any in depth educational experiance

Great place to bring the kids although the orange orchard can get kind of crazy if parents aren't policing their kids.

Super-cute science center. Several floors of goodies, for all ages. Sent my kids to a few weeks of their summer camp program, and they really enjoyed themselves. It has a lot of the normal stuff you'd expect from a science center, but the interactive area kept everyone engaged for hours. You'd never know you were learning about science!

My family totaly love this place. My 8 year old cannot get enough of the science center. We will spend en entire day from 9am to 5pm and sometimes until 7pm and he will still want to go back the following day.

Great for an all day indoors activities for the young ones! My granddaughter and cousins had an awesome time!

Great place for the kids. They had a blast. But I don't recommend birthdays there. My son's birthday was a mess and their cake quality and workers are not good for it. But I recommend the annual pass for it if you have kids.

Great service and very well set up. Definitely worth it and lots of things to do with the kids. Gift shop items are fairly priced and if you have a Bank of America credit card or debit card plus an ID, your admission is free. Student discounts as well. Parking is only 5 dollars across the street and its connected via a see through walkway on the second level.

Fun visit! Good for little kids and bigger ones. So very appreciative of the museum staff designated for helping the field trips stay together and follow rules.

Great place to take your kids out and soak in A/C when it's 90F + 100% humidity. Lots of frequent update educational content with friendly staffs.

First time there and found many interesting and knowledgeable displays. Went to see Gingerbread Lane which enjoyed and saw many other great displays. Would like to back for another visit.

One of the best science centers in USA. They have 3D and Cinedome to view interesting movies.

My grandparents took me here and it was amazing. Very fun for kids!!!!

My husband and I visited this museum today and although it was a nice museum for the right people I have been to other science museums I liked a lot better. This one seemed like it was much more geared at children and had much less for the adults to enjoy. So because of this I personally wouldn't visit it again unless I was taking one of the kids in my family. Also, I had been told there was a planetarium here, there is not. They do have a telescope that is open certain evenings but we were not able to see this since we didn't know that it was there. If we had known about this ahead of time we may have came later in the day to be able to enjoy this part of the museum as well. We spent about 2 1/2 hours walking around the museum with no kid and we did not watch one of the shoes.

My kids love going there, there is something for all my kids to do, from the 3 year old up to my 17 year old (yea I know) lol. The best part is the sun rail has a stop right there so you don't have to drive I4

Great place to learn while having fun with the Family!

Excellent museum for kids. Family annual pass is worth it. Movies, traveling exhibits, educational facility. Kids area was recently renovated. You can easily spend 4 hours here. Restaurant down stairs. You can bring your own food in or buy. Parking garage connects to museum or you can park by the Orlando Museum of Art for free.

Fun for all ages! Wish they had more food options as the line for subway was an hour wait. Pack food if you have little ones!

Great experience for the family. Recent updates are a major improvement. Kids love the orange groves. Free movies. Yearly membership is definitely worth it.

Class enjoyed the shows the most! We were given an individual tour guide which was nice, made navigating the spacious center much easier.

This is a great place to bring you kids does always something new going on and if you have an Bank of America debit card or credit card you can actually get in for free check it out online love it

The science center was awesome. My kids love playing with the oranges (it will make more sense when you go) and exploring the exhibits.

Waited over 30 minutes for an elevator because people are too lazy to take the stairs. Really people gtfo. Strollers and wheelchairs have priority.

Great place for kids 4 and up. Under 4 is a bit too much stimulus on the weekends with the amount of children running around. Best times to go are early mornings on the weekdays. A lot of great programs and learning opportunities for kids and adults!

Really fun and interesting to see, the Dome is amazing though you have to go there to see!

Great place to spend the day with your kids. Lots of cook exhibits and activities. Easy in and out parking garage. Would be five stars if they had better food options on property so you don't have to leave and come back. We were visiting Orlando and didn't want to go to the typical theme parks so this was a nice option.

Went for Otronicon and enjoyed with my family. Parking was a nightmare though, getting into garage was backed up down the street.

First visit......Spent most of the day with one of my 10 year old granddaughters and it's difficult to figure out who enjoyed it more. Too bad they only have 5 stars.
Congrats to Orlando, you're very lucky to have this organization and facility. Very highly recommended .....for anyone.
