Love this place. Although right now there are some displays that are closed due to covid19. But we still had a good time. Also, you will be charged $5 parking fee whether you parked in garage or not. You also can only enter the center through the garage walkway.

I would ABSOLUTELY come here again. . Wide open spaces, plenty for kids to do on all levels of this place. . Good value for price, parking maybe a lil to much and not really any options for public parking it looked like.
Tbh I think I had just as much fun with the science stuff as my kid.

An awesome place for the young, and the young at heart. Tons of sciencey wonderment for the kiddies, with enough fun built in that parents will like it too.
Great optimistic messages for young girls as well. Definitely a do-over!!

There is so much to do there! It was my first time, but my son has been there a few other times.
We had such a good time!
My recommendation is to get there early and spend the entire day there. We got there in the early afternoon and didn't get to see everything. But what we did see was amazing!
I may get an annual pass!
Enjoy

Usually a 5 star review, however not informing public that science lab is closed and only open to summer campers was very disappointing. My grandson looked forward to going all month only to find the lab was closed. Try to explain to a 6 year old that he can't go in and do the experiments he loves yet sees other kids in there. Very disappointed

I dont even know where to start. This place is amazing!!! Built for little hands. We went as a mom group so we had a lot of different ages and were able to keep everyone together for the most part. There is always something for the little littles to do withing the bigger kids stuff... If you have wic or food stamps there is a huge discount and ask about the membership under the food stamp or wic its $25 for the whole family and it includes the parking. All the displays are interective and we only made it to 1 level. Amazing place! We loved it!

This museum was a huge disappointment. Most of the areas there were wasted space. An area for kids to fold paper planes, really?? There was paper thrown everywhere, and I didn t see the point of it. A huge tank with a duck where you have to pump to create waves which was extremely difficult for any kid to do without the assistant of an adult, and I didn t see any waves created. It just looked like the tank was tilted and put back in place..woohooo! Taking a 4 year old there is pointless, the kids area looked like a lot of non sense and wasted space to me. Why not make a giant bubble making area like wonderworks or perhaps a mini train ride kids can enjoy? A giant play house for kids with a kitchen, mini furniture, etc..? A mini garden to show different types of fruits/vegetables or flowers and have them plant a seed, water it, then hit a button for the flower to come out? Something that can stimulate their mind. They just had areas that kids can run around and a jungle gym type deal, which they can do at the park. Nothing educational about that. This place didn t take into account toddlers, that s for sure. Folding paper planes and shooting them everywhere can be done at home, and shouldn t be in a science museum. Definitely not a place for kids under 7.

This is such a cool place in Orlando. I know my nephews and niece love coming here. They also have their Science Night Live for adults. A great place to take a geeky date. They also have a few alligators on the bottom floor if you want to see some.

I remember when Otronicon used to be fun. Now it's ridiculously boring. Nothing but corporate sponsors, used to be great gaming competitions. Way to sell out and run something into the ground OSC!

There is a lot to see, experience, and interact with at Orlando Science Center. This is a wonderful place to explore, and there are frequently special exhibits to catch. Bring the kids and if you're local, get an annual pass for them so you can see those frequent special exhibits. They do have vending machines, a Subway attached, and a coffee shop that serves Barnie's, as well as a gift shop with lots of scienc-y stuff. My son loves science, and we could definitely spend hours here, even with him being a middle school student. Younger kids are even more fascinated.

A place where you must go with the children.

A place where you must go with the children.
You will find a lot of scientific information on projects, studies carried out, dinosaur fossils over 70 million years old, etc. In addition to this on the ground floor you have a SubWay where you can eat, rest and then continue with the visit, do not forget the 3D PREHISTORIC PLANET projection.
Your vehicle is very safe in the downtown parking lot, the cost of parking is $ 5 and the entrance fees to the center are between $ 18 for students with ID and $ 20 usd for adults.

My kids and I love the science center. The annual membership is very reasonable and so worth it. They have new exhibits often and my kids have a blast every time we go. It s great for something to do indoors during the summer

Went there for the solar eclipse. The place was very disorganised as they had reached their maximum capacity for the event. They were trying to give out eclipse glasses to everyone but this was not done efficiently. Instead of everyone forming a line, people had to push to the front to try and get glasses from the staff. In the end there were not enough glasses for everyone. It felt like they had not planned for so many people to turn up.

I love how the place combines activities for kids of different ages into a single room. The place is also very clean and organized. My kids had a blast and learned a lot. We spent almost 4 hours in there.

I've visited a handful of science centers around the U.S. and the Orlando Science Center is right up there with the best of them. It is a great place for all ages and with the new upgrade to Kids Town, even toddlers can easily spend an entire day here. The annual family membership, which costs the equivalent of a single-day pass to a theme park, is an incredible value. In addition to admission, membership also enables access to many special events, all the movies in the CineDome/planetarium, and members-only parties such as Spooktacular on Halloween. I bring my youngster here almost every week and he never gets bored...nor do I!

Good place to spend time with kids and family. They could do a lot better in managing their work and especially the timings around shows and entrance etc. All and all a good place for kids to see some science in action and that too in a fun way.

Became a member after the 1st visit. So much fun to be had here exploring everything. Great way to spend lazy afternoons. HATE the way the animal exhibits are kept, tho. Clean, but those reptiles looked MISERABLE. This is the reason for the -1 star. Such a great facility should really be more in tune with the atrocity of their animal living quarters. They should stick to specimens. This IS just a science center. And they would probably save money if they didn't try to make it part zoo. Didn't mind the baby alligators or turtles in the middle of the building, but the rest were all very depressed. Called in my specialist friend to go in.... he almost had a heart attack.
