I was very uncomfortable staying 2 nights at the hotel oria ...
starting from security, reception etc. is very indifferent and does not help ...

The place is nice, comfortable, the maid service serves me friendly, the service is good, free wifi is good and the food is good and the place is affordable with the mall.

night at 11pm I entered the room, found some small insect cockroaches there are 3-4 around a long table.
in the morning when I wake up, I found 1 small cockroach on the floor.

The receptionist was very friendly when we checked in. I stayed with my sister from out of town last weekend. We stayed in the 6th room. The location is strategically close to the shopping center. On Sundays, we can go to Car Free Day which is near the location. the hotel is located. the hotel is clean, comfortable, the food is tasty and very varied especially the shabu-shabu is delicious and very fresh. recommended. we will definitely come back later.

Staff response is fast, very responsive to guest requests. I used the Saphire 1 room earlier, the projector had a problem, a tool could be provided. There is no remote projector, so you have to go up the bench to turn the device on and off.

Room was average. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Room amenities were minimalist. They only provide drawers to keep your belongings. They provide 2 small bottles of mineral water at day 1. Had to ask for more for the 2nd day. Overall just okay.
