Good experience nice place, neat and clean area but my experience was bad just because when I reach the company for an interview no one asked for tea and coffee even water also. I spend minimum 30 min at lounge.

Big and imposing, with a wide selection of vehicles on display. But the vibe is a bit unfriendly. Maybe its the dark colors all around and the closed off spaces. I would suggest looking at the Volvo showroom not located not far away and taking some inspiration on friendly design, colors, open spaces, positive energy. That's my honest feedback. It would also help to have a greeter near the door (Walmart style) who can guide and direct you (we had to ask the guard at the gate).

No place to visit other than T&T motors for buying an MB. Way too big facility with amazing staff experience. Their cafe too is quite good.
These criminals at T&T damaged my audio system then said we will repair it for 2.5 lacs and give you a 10% discount. Don't know under which Act i should file an FIR. Shame on Mercedes Benz India for allowing such notorious thugs to be allowed a dealership.

Initially i thought that the services will be good but the stuff is too slow to do anything. Firstly, spelling of my name was incorrect in my insurance policy and this happened even after I gave my documents to them. It took them one and a half months to correct that. Now, my RC is pending from last 6 months and whenever I call them they are like you will get it next morning. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a car from this showroom.
