Oregon Mutual Insurance Company Review

Customer service skills quite disappointing.
...due to lack of response and communication from Marshall and Supervisor Robin,
I was compelled to cancel my homeowner's and go elsewhere.

I ended up getting Oregon Mutual Insurance after one of their clients hit my truck. They treated me so good during the process, I wondered 'If they treat other people this nice, just imagine how well they treat their own clients'. Haven't had a claim yet, but I am confident I will be taken care of.

As a Broker we deal with a lot of companies & for the most part they are good people who try hard. Then sometimes you find a real gem, and I did with Oregon Mutual. They have been very helpful to our agency in terms of service & support over the years and definitely have contributed to our growth. Recently I had a large client who urgently needed my help regarding their insurances. I reached out to my primary contact at OM on a Sunday night via email and spoke with him Monday morning to explain my situation & need for some help & guidance. He had already started to get his Team moving on my issue to the point that when we spoke on Monday morning he had an answer for me and told me that I would be receiving the info he just shared with me in writing shortly. WOW! I was extremely impressed with this kind of an immediate response. I am a believer! Thx OM!

Oregon Mutual is one of the best companies. Great underwriters, adjusters & management. A very honest company that always does the right thing.

Had a bad leak in my crawl space and it was taken care of by Oregon Mutual home owners. The claims adjuster Steve Flabel did a great job, always answered my questions and calls in a professional manner.

After many years now. We refinanced our house. They paid a whole year of premium. Oregon mutual canceled policy for no reason. Nor has sent us a cancelation notice. Our insurance broker called us. Not you. Please post reviews with the bbb to help shut these scum bags down.

We have our auto and homeowners with Oregon Mutual. This company is very easy to work with. Very professional, friendly, efficient and fair They made dealing with a bad situation less stressful. Mark Matune was our adjuster and couldn't have done anything differently to make things go smoother.
