Great company/place to work.
Fast pace environment with no two days the same. Friendly approachable staff, who are very supportive and patient with new starters. All departments collaborate and work well together going above and beyond to achieve the best results. When faced with challenges, the company is always open to new ideas for improvement. Orean invests a lot of time in your personal development with fun training and staff are rewarded/promoted regularly.
Orean is a great place to work. It is a fast paced environment so not one day is the same. The staff are always willing to help one another and are very patient with new starters. The Senior Management team are very friendly, they invest heavily in their employees with continuous training and development plans.
Before Christmas no social distancing, masks.
Nobody spoke English ,mainly polish.
Asked for overtime, manager looked at me and snorted I look after my own staff, your only agency and walked off.
Breaks - working 5 hours before break
Rude people, nobody spoke English, stood making fiddly boxes all day.
I have been with Orean for over 2 years and can't recommend this company enough as a place of employment. They take a genuine interest in personal and professional development, providing training and opportunities to develop wherever possible.
The work is fast paced but all the staff are friendly and approachable, everyone works collaboratively to obtain the best possible results.
I've been working for Orean for over 2 years and I can say it's a great company to work for. Friendly and caring environment, with good benefits and the best staff parties and events! A lot is also invested in training, making our development, both personal and professional, a real focus.
Been at Orean for over 2 years now. It's a very fast paced place to work, no two days the same. Growing at a frantic pace with plenty of options for career progression.
Lots of benefits, free fruit, tea & coffee. Paid day off for summer event/party & a great Christmas party every year. Competitive rates of pay & pension paid above minimum requirement.
Senior management are approachable and friendly.
The people at Orean are committed to delivering excellent results to their customers. The pace is fast, busy and upbeat. Orean are always looking to exceed customer expectations, delight suppliers and value their people. Being in the company of Orean is exciting.
Great working environment, training programmes and opportunities. Team fit is always the key focus.
Fast paced, no two days are ever the same!
Great place to work, thorough support provided within a fast paced environment. Excellent benefits, progression and training provided
Terrible place to work, they will push you to the limit so you work harder and faster each time. They choose when your breaks are, sometimes they give 2 short breaks instead of 1 long break and in that short break you don't have enough time to eat your food.
The pay is bad and it seems like if they are doing you a favour by giving you that job.
The staff keeps changing constantly as most of the staff is not permanent, they hire people through a recruitment agency called Mach Recruitment which is even worse than Orean. As the staff keeps changing the permanent staff is really irritated from training new people every day and all the delays derived from that. All that makes the work environment even worse. I was questioned if I speak English just because one of the managers is a "chav" and I couldn't understand his vulgar language. He assumed I don't speak English just because I look foreign which is very disrespectful and racist too.
The machinery is totally out of date and keeps braking constantly which makes working there more stressful and irritating.
I am giving 1 star because that s the only way I can post the review. I would give them something negative if there was the option, but Google s system is too flower child orientated.
