I have been trying to order a copy of my birth certificates paid and still pending because of Verify Identity.
Created a tread and an A1 response is always responding, the website is not helpful as it will not let me activate to upload my identity.
I keep sent numerous messages and the response is always the same "Our team is reviewing your message and will get back to you" Please can someone help as it is now nearly 2 weeks since I have requested this documents.
My review is not good at all!
