Well they DNR me meaning do not return because I was sticking up for another agency girl. They are horrible and the car their residents get isn t the greatest. They keep people who don t do their jobs but dnr others who do, do their jobs.
We have had best care for our Dad and Mom at Orchard Manor! Our Dad passed away a few years ago, and we were pleased with the good care he received there. The staff cares for the best for the residents! At least one staff member has a parent residing there. Cleaning staff and maintenance workers work hard, and they keep the place clean and safe. Orchard Manor does not have urine odor. Mom enjoys excercises, both in physical therapy, and morning exercises, with noodleball game. She enjoys the church services there. The kitchen staff treat residents as if they were their parents. The Cook will only feed food which is quality she would feed her Mother. Family can eat with residents. The aides, nurses, and social workers work hard to make sure residents' needs are being met. Laundry and sewing staff keep busy labeling, washing, and sewing for the residents. Administration has frequent meetings with family members, discussing strategies for success of each resident. Activities are interesting and fun for residents and family. Recent holiday banquet was HUGE success. Very enjoyable newsletter! We all enjoy seeing our Mom, Millie, so happy there! Orchard Manor is like a home away from home!
Most loyal workplace. Great benefits. Every nursing home is short staffed, it's not easy for any place. They are one of the few I know that have agency come in to help instead of letting staff and residents struggle. Residents are cared for and loved. Employees are dedicated and put in countless hours to help when needed. FANTASTIC team.
The worst facility ever mostly due to the DON and just one lpn by the name of Diane.just those town people really know how to create and hostile work environment causing employees and resisdents to walk on egg shells
Understaffed & very rude nurses. The best help is from agency. Actual staff can care less about the residents or it s employees. Putting your loved ones here is worse than sending them to prison. It s beautiful looking place buts Salts also looks like sugar
