You give and you shall receive! What a wounderful place for people needing help. Wish we had more centers like this.

Nothing special here. You drive-up and unload yourself any donations you have to give. You'll be lucky if anyone comes out to greet you or wheel over a donation bin. They certainly will not help you unload, and forget getting a receipt thats filled-out; you have to do it yourself. You might as well save yourself a trip and drop-off your donations to an unattended donations dumpster close by, or call for a pick-up.

It s obvious Orange County Rescue Mission does a fabulous job of helping women with children an men who they choose are good enough for their extremely strict rules like no contact with your family and no cellphones. And you their prisoner until such time they say you can safely go beyond the gates. If you break these rules you are exiled out to never be welcome back. On the upside you will get sober, you will get shelter and clothing and you will come out a better person.
******** This shelter REFUSED to give a homeless man food or clothing. The homeless man is cold, hungry, it is winter cold and raining. His clothing is rags and and he is bare feet. No shoes or socks.
He approached the Rescue Mission for a pair of shoes..They turned him away. Just like the inn turned away Jesus and Mary. They told him their donations were only for the Rescue Mission people who live there. It is disgusting for them to call themselves a nonprofit Rescue Mission when they take in hundreds of thousands of donations and can t help those homeless who need shoes socks clothing and blankets. I am rethinking why people like them call themselves CHRISTAINs. Shame

A good place to go if you're unemployed and homeless. Food, shelter and a wide range of services.

Volunteered set up for the kids graduation. Neat facility.

Great place to donate bags of outgrown children s clothing. The drop-off process is seamless. This organization hosted a 5K turkey trot last year which my family participated in and even in the mist of icy cold rain, the staff was all smiles, full of exuberance and encouragement. I would encourage the local community to rally behind this worthy organization.
