Orange County Mental Health Association is doing a fantastic job in promoting mental health and providing support to individuals in need. The staff is caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They have created a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. I am grateful for all they do.

Awful, awful, place to work.
Management personnel are not fair to staff. I was hired with certain promises that never came to fruition. They lie and manipulate. Supervisors do not abide by the protocol they establish. Favor certain staff who get the shifts they request instead of abiding by an established protocol for shift assignments and distribution of work. Do not communicate schedule changes or talk to staff about such changes. All of a sudden they create a management position that was never posted for someone who has a "special" relationship with another manager. Staff are unhappy but afraid to say anything for fear of repercussions. From management to regular staff they are all sweet and friendly to your face but stab you in the back time after time making promises of raises, shifts, and positions and then have excuses of why it didn't happen.
Very abusive and neglectful. They also know how to play mind games. They were very supportive at one time but have gotten very aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
