Just closed on my refi today thanks to Option Financial. I got the lowest rates around and saved a TON of interest by going down to a 15-year mortgage.

The entire process was quick and easy and the Option Financial staff was very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. Thanks to Brandon, Brandon 2, Paige, and Peggy I was able to complete my refi 100% remotely aside from the final document signing, which only lasted an hour and took place at my house.

100% would recommend Option Financial to anyone with mortgage questions!

let me say,
without option financial I would have been dead in the water they really went through the trenches for me,
the only thing I would recommend would be better communication skills.
I realize these are troubling times and very busy for the Housing industry, but having better communication up front in regards to documentation needed for underwriting would be excellent. As well as being a little less short with your customers when responding to Emails.
