Im happy with the customer service and the quick purchasing process that was all explained to me during my visit. The car is in great condition and I left with a warranty and confidence that I could bring it back if there were any issues. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle!
Me and my GF moved here from out of state. Finally we needed to get an inspection on a newly bought whip. We went to Optimal bcuz it's down the street. I read reviews, but kinda scratched my head when I keep seeing 1 stars, but I kept noticing FRANK SMITH, BOB WILLIAMS, KAREN SMITH, STEWART JONES, and ABBREVIATED NAMES.... Hmmm, weird. But our experience was fantastic!!!
Kelly the owner helped us directly, which a lot of business owners are golfing and don't spend much time at work, working! He used his own car to go get parts while his mechanic started wrenching... Thats pretty rare customer service. Got our inspection done on the spot, brought two more vehicles in the next morning... Speedy service!
Fixed a starter on my car and a tie rod on my girls'. Nothing else, no swindling, no nickle and diming. Good and fair labor costs (having done myself or paid for these repairs before at diff shops over years).
Honestly just a straight up good shop, we couldn't have gotten luckier.
And although I went in for repairs, I did look at a Tahoe on the lot, I love Tahoe/Yukons. Looked great, rims/interior/body, not over priced, and to be frank, the 2 ppl I saw in the buying lobby... Well looked like they couldn't afford groceries, but wanted a $5k loan on a $10k vehicle. (Which are probably the Smiths, and Williamsons, and R.K.s with bad reviews. Just my 2 cents.
I went in on a lim thinking I was not going to get into a car plus all their cars are newer and nice as heck. But I was looking at a 2013 Chevy Malibu. Yes after they said that I would leave with a car. I did and for that I was forever grateful for that. Plus they are professional and nice. I love this place.
I had a great and speedy experience buying a car from Q at Optimal. I found the truck I wanted online, called them, showed up for a test drive, gave them cash and they gave me car. Q was wonderful the entire time and speedy with paperwork, I received my title within a week and was able to complete my MO inspection when I picked up my title. As a female, I felt very comfortable and respected. I hopefully don't need another car for awhile but I wouldn't mind buying from them again in the future. Would definitely recommend.

I do not recommend this place. At first I would have gave them 5 stars. This place is very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Just try to call them yourself and see if they ever answer. I like kelly but he s slick and Quincy is straight up rude.
All and all the purchase process was fine I took the sales mens word for what it was. The car looked great and ran decent. I asked the sales men to resolve the O2 censor issue before I purchased the car. He agreed to do it. I returned to pick up the car and he ensured me that the issue was fixed. It wasn t, he blatantly lied to my face and attempted to set me up for failure. The car was already grossly overpriced even with the low miles. Do not buy from this PLACE! I m not even angry while writing this. I just want to prevent someone else from suffering this same fate.
This place is very good. They'll work with you on anything. Other places just say they can get you approved. They actually will get you approved for one of there car on there lot. The cars are very nice and affordable. The salesman and general manager "Q" Quincy will and I mean will get you approved! Period. So I recommend you check them out. You will get a good car today.
